Executing this Agreement. (1) This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which is to be deemed an original, but all of which together are to constitute a single instrument. A party may enter into this Agreement by executing any counterpart.
(2) This Agreement may be executed on the basis of an exchange of faxed or emailed copies of this Agreement.
Executing this Agreement. Each Party hereby covenants and agrees to execute and deliver to the other Parties such other agreements, schedules, forms, exhibits, or other documents as may be necessary or appropriate to complete the transactions set forth in this Agreement. If Employee fails to sign and return this Agreement by the deadline set forth in this Section 12, then the offer presented herein is withdrawn and shall be null, void, and of no effect.
