Prime Trust shall also be entitled to rely and act upon any instructions, notices, confirmations or orders received from your Agent(s) as if such communication was received directly from the Account Holder without any required further review or approval. Account Holder is solely responsible for monitoring and supervising the actions of your Agents with respect to the Account and Custodial Property.
