Your Product means whichever one of the Products you access and use after accepting this Agreement. The Products are listed and further defined in the About your Agreement section.
Your Product means any product or service that you: (a) have offered through the Selling on Amazon Service; (b) have fulfilled or otherwise processed through the Fulfilment by Amazon Service; or (c) have made available for advertising by you through the Sponsored Ads Service.
Your Product means one or more applications, products or projects developed by or for You using the Materials.

However, if and for so long as Price Protection applies to You (as set out in Your Product Schedule), changes to the Energy Rate specified in Your Welcome Letter will not exceed the Price Protection Rate.
If You would like to terminate Your Agreement with Us for any reason, You can do in accordance with the relevant terms of Your Product Schedule.
We will send You a Bill for all fees, costs and charges incurred by You at least once every month (unless Your Product Schedule states otherwise).
Where there is a term in Your Product Schedule or Welcome Letter, that is inconsistent with a term in these terms and conditions, the term in Your Product Schedule will be the one that applies to You.
We note that, depending on the plan You are on, if You wish to terminate Your Agreement with us, You may be required to supply Us with prior notice of Your intended termination and early termination fees may apply, if set out in Your Product Schedule.
More Definitions of Your Product
Your Product means any product or service (including Optional Coverage Plans) that:

Your Product means Your and Your end-users’ product or system, and all the related documentation, that includes or works in combination with an executable version of the Licensed Software or derivative of the Licensed Software as permitted in this Agreement and provided further that such Licensed Software or derivative of the Licensed Software as permitted in this Agreement executes solely and exclusively on microcontroller devices manufactured by or for ST.
Your Product means any product that is made available for listing for sale, offered for sale or sold by you through the Selling on Amazon Service and/or fulfilled or otherwise processed through the Fulfilment by Amazon Service in connection with Your Account. "Your Sales Channels" means all sales channels and other means through which you or any of your Affiliates offer or sell products, other than physical stores. "Your Taxes" means any and all value added, service, sales, use, excise, import, export, goods and service tax and other taxes and duties assessed, incurred or required to be collected or paid for any reason in connection with any advertisement, offer or sale of products by you on or through or in connection with the Services, or otherwise in connection with any action, inaction or omission of you or your Affiliates or your or their respective employees, agents, contractors or representatives. Also, as it is used in the Fulfilment by Amazon Service Terms, this defined term also means any of the types of taxes mentioned above that are imposed on or collectible by Amazon or any of its Affiliates in connection with or as a result of: (a) the storage of inventory, packaging, Your Products and other materials owned by you and stored by Amazon; or (b) the fulfilment, shipping, gift wrapping or other actions by Amazon to Your Products pursuant to the Fulfilment by Amazon Service Terms. "Your Trademarks" means Trademarks of yours that you provide to us: (a) in non-text form for branding purposes; and (b) separate from (and not embedded or otherwise incorporated in) any product specific information or materials. "Your Transaction" means any sale of Your Product(s) through the Amazon Site. Selling on Amazon Service Terms The Selling on Amazon Service ("Selling on Amazon") is a Service that allows you to list products for sale directly via the Amazon Site. Selling on Amazon is operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited. These Selling on Amazon Service Terms are part of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement ("Business Solutions Agreement"), but, unless specifically provided otherwise, concern and apply only to your participation in Selling on Amazon.
