COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. Each member employed in School District No. 10 (Arrow Lakes) during the period of time this Agreement is in effect shall receive an electronic copy of this Agreement. A print copy of the Agreement will be provided upon written request from the Employee on a cost shared basis between the Association and the Employer. The Employer will provide a copy of the Agreement to each school, the Board office, and the ALTA office. Pamphlets and booklets detailing employee benefits shall also be provided to eligible members.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. The Company will provide a copy of the Collective Agreement in booklet form to all employees, paid for by the Company. The Company shall also supply an outline of all the Company paid insurance benefits.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. The County will promptly post a copy of this Agreement on the County intranet and will notify, by email, all employees who have County email addresses of such posting. In addition, upon the individual, written request of an employee or the Association, the County will furnish a paper copy of the Agreement to the requesting party.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. The parties shall share equally the cost of printing this agreement in sufficient quantities for distribution to all members of the Union and appropriate management personnel. The details of such printing to be agreed between the Board and the Union.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. (L) The Board shall place an electronic copy of the current Agreement on the school district website. In addition, a paper copy will be available in each school, provided upon appointment to the district, and upon request.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. An executed copy of this Agreement will be kept on file at the offices of Alamosa-DE, the surviving corporation. A copy of the Agreement will be furnished by Alamosa-DE, on written request and without cost, to any holder of capital stock of Alamosa-DE (or former holder of capital stock of Alamosa-TX) and to any creditor or obligee of Alamosa-DE or Alamosa-TX at the time of the Merger if such obligation is then outstanding.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. The Company shall provide each Pilot with a copy of this Agreement in English, and in French if requested by any Pilot, within sixty (60) Calendar Days of the signing of the Agreement, in a format mutually agreed upon. It is understood that this sixty (60) Calendar Day period may be exceeded when consideration associated with translation and the final proofreading is taken into account. The cost of printing the Agreement shall be shared equally by the Company and Association. Translation costs shall be borne by the Company. In the case where there are different interpretations between the Agreement and its translation, the version in the language it was negotiated shall prevail. Unless mutually agreed otherwise the copies of the contract shall be produced at a unionized print shop.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. Each supervising physician shall maintain a copy of the agreement and provide a copy to the Iowa Board of Medicine upon request.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. The Company will provide a copy of the Collective Agreement in booklet form to all employees, paid for by the Company and an agreed upon unionized printer shall be utilized. The Company shall also supply an outline of all the Company paid insurance benefits. The Company shall also provide a benefit booklet provided by the insurance carrier. The Company will provide the TCRC with electronic and paper copies of a draft agreement(s) in both official languages within 45 days of signing the Memorandum of Agreement. The TCRC will proof read and respond with changes within 30 days of receipt. Once the response is received, the parties will meet within 30 days to finalize the changes. Within 15 days of finalizing the changes, the agreement will be sent for printing. The printing of the agreement(s) will be the responsibility of the Company and it will absorb the cost of such printing. If there is a discrepancy concerning the difference in meaning between the French and English texts contained in the language, the French text will prevail.
COPY OF THE AGREEMENT. The parties agree that AARP will receive an executed copy of this executed Agreement. AARP’s receipt of an executed copy is not a breach of any confidentiality obligations of the Parties.
