Fire Extinguisher. Tenant shall furnish a portable fire extinguisher (which meets the applicable fire code) and shall keep the same in the Tenant Improvements at all times, provide for the yearly inspection thereof by a certified fire extinguisher inspector, and report the use of any fire extinguisher equipment on the Premises to the Airport Manager.
Fire Extinguisher. Every shop/ property Development area must have enough Fire Extinguishers as stipulated.
Fire Extinguisher. You acknowledge that as of this date, the residence is equipped with one or more fire extinguishers; that you have checked the fire extinguisher(s) and they are currently inspected and charged. Repair: You agree that it is your duty to regularly test the smoke detector(s) and agree to notify the owner or owner’s agent immediately in writing or by phone of any problems, defects, malfunction or failure of the smoke detector(s). You agree to visually check the fire extinguisher for a satisfactory charge and agree to notify the owner or owner’s agent if the fire extinguisher has been used for any reason and needs to be recharged.
Fire Extinguisher. The Tenant’s contractor shall keep fire extinguishers in the M-T-M Space at all times.
Fire Extinguisher. All garbage trucks will be equipped with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit which will be properly maintained.
Fire Extinguisher. Fall Arrest/Ladder Training This requirement is contingent on the availability of the classes being provided by the Labourers' International Union of North America, Local 1059 Training Trust Fund. Any safety courses not listed above and is provided by the Local 1059 Training Trust Fund, shall be offered to the members of Local 1059 upon the request of the Employer upon the availability of the classes.
Fire Extinguisher. The Approved Contractor shall keep fire extinguishers in the Expansion Space at all times.
Fire Extinguisher. The property has a fire extinguisher installed near the kitchen area or under kitchen cabinet. The fire extinguisher was fully charged at last inspection. It is the duty of the renter to inform management immediately if you had to use the fire extinguisher. Renter agrees to use the fire extinguisher only for true emergencies.
Fire Extinguisher. (1) The vehicle shall be equipped with at least one 5-pound capacity pressurized, dry chemical fire extinguisher complete with hose.
Fire Extinguisher. At the End of Rental You will be charged the replacement cost, plus an Administrative Fee, if the fire extinguisher has been used.
