When the Delivery Date and/or Commencement Date has been established, Landlord and Tenant shall at the request of either party confirm the Delivery Date, Commencement Date and Expiration Date in writing.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the irrevocable proxy granted hereunder shall automatically terminate on the Expiration Date.

If the L-C expires earlier than the LC Expiration Date then Tenant shall deliver a new L-C or certificate of renewal or extension to Landlord at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the L-C then held by Landlord, without any action whatsoever on the part of Landlord, which new L-C shall be irrevocable and automatically renewable through the LC Expiration Date upon the same terms as the expiring L-C or such other terms as may be acceptable to Landlord in its reasonable discretion.
