Landlord’s obligations under this Section shall survive the Expiration Date or earlier Lease termination.
Notwithstanding any assignment or subletting (or any Landlord consent thereto), unless expressly released in writing by Landlord, Tenant and any guarantor of Tenant’s obligations shall remain liable for all of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease through the Expiration Date.
