Qualifications of Employees. All Staff will meet or exceed qualifications required by Idaho State and federal law, including No Child Left Behind. Teachers will meet the Highly Qualified teacher status. Instructional staff shall be certified teachers as defined in the Uniformity Chapter of the State Board of Education rules for the Public Schools of Idaho, Section 000-651 and the Idaho Department of Education Professional School Personnel Certification Standards manual and will comply with the Idaho State Department Code of Ethics. A copy of the certificates for all certified teachers/staff members will be kept on file at Palouse Prairie School along with proof of Highly Qualified status. Palouse Prairie School reserves the right to seek waivers or limited certification options as provided by the rules of the Idaho State Board of Education when deemed in the best interest of the educational program.
Qualifications of Employees. In determining qualifications for classification purposes, the Company will, at its discretion, credit a new or transferred employee with previous experience and training acquired outside the company or in another department, provided that such experience and training is equivalent in value to the Company for the experience called for in the subject classification. An employee shall be expected to carry out the duties of his trade, but this shall not be interpreted to mean that an employee shall refuse to render assistance of a temporary nature as required or in the event of an emergency or shortage of work. In all trades which are graded I, II and III or any portion thereof, progression to the next higher grade is dependent upon:

Qualifications of Employees. PREAMBLE:
7.01 For positions identified in Clauses 7.02, 7.03, 7.05, 7.06, 7.07, 7.16, 7.17, 17.18 and 7.19 within six (6) months in the position and after receiving applicable training employees must have demonstrated and proven their ability to fulfill their duties in a satisfactory manner. Failure to prove their ability will result in employees being returned to their former position. The six-month qualifying period may be extended by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union.
Qualifications of Employees. The Buyer will provide notice to the Seller when any Seller employee is found to be unsuitable or otherwise objectionable, or whose conduct appears contrary to the public interest, or if on a government or security contract, inconsistent with the best interest of national security. The Seller shall take appropriate action, including the removal of such employees from working on this contract, at their own expense. The Seller agrees to insert terms that conform substantially to the language of this clause in all subcontracts under this contract. If the item(s) on the Purchase Order or any specifications transmitted therewith is designated as containing ITAR products, SSI or other secure information based on disclosures on the purchase order or markings on any items, then each employee of the Seller who have access to any and all technical data or other information on the project, shall be a citizen of the United States of America, or an alien who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence. The Seller agrees to provide country of citizenship and evidence of legal status of its employees working under this contract. If the materials are marked as SSI, military critical, classified, or have other more restrictive markings, then the Seller agrees to implement further controls that restrict access to information pursuant to other terms of this Agreement.
Qualifications of Employees. Preamble:
(1) weeks written notice of the proposed change. However, in no event shall the changes contravene the provisions of Article 7, unless required by a Government Regulatory Authority. The Company and the Union shall ensure that any changes to roles and responsibilities contained in the MPM are communicated to all employees.

7.02 QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR: Must possess the qualifications of the Gas Turbine Engine Mechanic, must have previously held the position of Line Inspector or equivalent and have the ability to provide certification for required engine types. He must hold any currently effective Transport Canada and/or Company licenses that are required and also have the ability to ensure that approved standards of Quality Assurance are maintained. Quality Assurance Inspectors must meet the qualifications for their assignments as set forth above and, within thirty (30) calendar days of filling the position, must have successfully passed the Company’s applicable examination(s).
Qualifications of Employees. 1. All employees of the guard services contract must: a) be in good general health, without mental or physical defects or abnormalities, which will interfere with performance of arduous duties and the exercise of prudent judgment in difficult and trying circumstances; b) possess binocular vision correctable to 20/30; and c) be capable of hearing ordinary conversation at five (5) meters and whispered conversation at two (2) meters with either ear without benefit of artificial hearing devices. Physical fitness shall be evidenced by a report of a medical examination conducted prior (no more than 6 months) to the individual's assignment to duty. Such evidence shall be furnished to the Project Officer prior to the placement of the individual on duty.
2. Each employee the Contractor proposes to work on this contract must have successfully passed a”Lustrace” check, certifying no employment or affiliation with the previous communist state internal security services.
3. Each guard employee the Contractor proposes to work on this contract must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience which clearly demonstrates the employee has been regularly employed in a government or private protection organization which involved protecting property against the hazards of fire, theft, damage, accident or trespass; maintaining law and order; protecting lives; or other duties of a similar nature. A minimum of one (1) year active duty in any branch of the Czech Armed Services will be accepted in lieu of the one (1) year work experience requirement.
4. The items specified in items 1 and 2 above shall be submitted by the Contractor to the Project Officer two weeks prior to the proposed date of placement of each person on duty.
5. Each member of the security force shall meet the following additional and minimum qualifications:
a. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of employment hereunder.
b. Be literate in the Czech Language, to the extent of reading and understanding printed regulations, detailed written orders, training instructions and material, and be able to compose reports which convey complete information.
c. Basic English language comprehension and conversational ability is required for designated positions.
d. Possess the capacity to acquire a good working knowledge of all aspects of security force position requirements.
e. Possess good judgment, courage, alertness, tact, self reliance, even temperament, and have the ability to maintain good performance.

Qualifications of Employees. 6.11.1 All employees assigned by the Contractor to the performance of work under this contract shall be physically able to do their assigned work. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all employees meet the physical standards to perform the work assigned and have sufficient training and experience to perform the work required in the specific trade. Employees shall be certified and have applicable licenses and/or manufacturers certifications for the required work to be performed.
6.11.2 The personnel employed by the Contractor shall be capable employees, age 18 years or above, qualified in this type of work. The Contractor shall staff the buildings with trained and experienced personnel who will exhibit the capability to operate with a minimum of supervision. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all employees are legally allowed to work in the United States in accordance with Immigration Policies.
6.11.3 All our County buildings are smoke free.
6.11.4 The Contractor shall maintain a list of all Contractor employees assigned to work on the County premises. The employee list shall include complete name, Social Security number, date of birth, home address, and telephone number for each. Information can be used for background investigation. The list shall be updated with the same information (stated above) for all newly hired employees who are assigned to work on County premises. The Contractor shall be held responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and shall insure updated changes are provided the Owner’s representative immediately upon their effective date.
6.11.5 The Contractor shall see that every employee on the Contractor’s work force is provided an Identification Badge. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to inform the Owner’s representative of all new employees promptly at time of employment/assignment.
6.11.6 All employees of the Contractor will be required to wear neat, clean uniforms bearing the Contractor’s name during duty hours. The County shall approve uniforms. The Contractor shall see that all employees wear their badges on the outside of their uniform at all times when in County buildings or premises.
6.11.7 The Contractor shall require employees to be dressed in their work attire when reporting for duty, as locker space is not available.

Qualifications of Employees. Article Must have an Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Multi-colour Press Operation or four years of related practical experience in order to operate and maintain two and four-colour large offset presses and to provide direction to Machine Operators assigned to assist in the "feeder" function. May be required to perform the duties normally assigned to Machine Operators. In the Print Shop all work related to material designated confidential by the originating department and made subject to special security procedures can be performed by supervisory personnel, provided all such work in the shop is done by a supervisor unless some unusual circumstancesdevelop. Wherever in the foregoing provisions of this Article, mention is made of directing, supervising or training of other personnel it is understood that such functions are performed as a working member of the group being directed, supervised or trained. If an employee is exercising supervisory under the qualifications of this classification in addition to his normal trade functions and finds that both functions cannot be fulfilled the supervisory responsibilitieswill have priority. Maintenance Control Technician Must possess the qualifications of an Aircraft or Avionics Mechanic with at least four (4) years service with the Company. Within six months in the Maintenance Control Technicianposition, have proven their ability to fulfill the requirements of the position in a satisfactory manner.
