Credit A definition

Credit A means the portion of the Credit under the Association’s hard-term lending window referred to in Section 2.01 (a) of this Agreement.
Credit A has the meaning given to it in Article 2.1(a) (Amount of Credit).
Credit A means the credit in the amount referenced in Section 2.01(a) of this Agreement (Credit number 7439-UZ) and the Credit for purposes of paragraph 24 of the Appendix to the General Conditions.

  • Credit A would be ex- tended for the purpose of providing the customer with working capital (non- purpose credit), collateralized by mar- gin stock.


More Definitions of Credit A

Credit A means the credit of Cdn. $12,000,000 or the U.S. Dollar equivalent thereof in favour of the Borrower which is established by this Agreement.
Credit A means the credit to be extended to the Recipient on 50-year Credit Terms.
