Right to sub-license in the Territory. Following the Closing Date, Seller, directly or indirectly through an Affiliate, shall have the reasonable right to monitor the quality of Products bearing the acronym "NMT". The license to the acronym "NMT" granted under this Section 5.10 is subject to and conditioned on the maintenance of Product quality consistent with the quality of the Products measured on the date hereof.
