The "Language of" clause specifies the official language in which the contract or agreement is written and interpreted. Language of. Bid 8.1 The bid prepared by the Bidder, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Purchaser shall be written in the language specified in the Bid Data Sheet. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by the Bidder may be in same language.
