Language of. Bid 8.1 The bid prepared by the Bidder, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Purchaser shall be written in the language specified in the Bid Data Sheet. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by the Bidder may be in same language.
Language of. Bid 10.1 The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Procuring Agency, shall be written in English. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the Bid may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages into English, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.
Language of. COMMUNICATIONS All communications between You and Us including all communication of terms and conditions will be in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Language of. Bid 11.1 All documents relating to the Bid shall be in the language specified in the Contract Data, Volume 3.
