He provides Contract Administration, acts as a Site Representative, provides site inspection services, and provides the layout and supervision of various projects that include road, sewer, and watermain construction; water boosting pumping stations, sanitary and stormwater drains, etc. He has extensive experience in collection of samples from excavations for Environmental Site Assessments, and he is an experienced G.P.S.
