Policy Manual. The bargaining agent shall be furnished, upon request, a current copy of any official policy of the employer relating to the terms or conditions of employment of employees in the bargaining unit.

Policy Manual. The Board shall provide, on a yearly basis, the Association with a complete copy of the Board policy of the District. Copies of any new or revised policies adopted by the Board during the contract year shall be supplied to the Association within one (1) week after adoption by the Board. Any new or revised policies adopted by the Board during the contract year shall be updated on the District web page at the time they are provided to the Association.
Policy Manual. Executive agrees that he is responsible for knowing the contents of the Company’s Policy Manual, the contents of which may be modified or eliminated at any time.
