Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an account is held by an Approved Financial Institution, following a downgrade, withdrawal, qualification, or suspension of such institution’s rating, each account must promptly (and in any case within not more than 30 calendar days) be moved with written notice to the Indenture Trustee, to an Approved Financial Institution.
