Roles and Responsibilities. Each signatory to this MOU has committed to active participation in plan development. The commitment level depends on the size and resources of each partner - which ranges from small non-profits or towns with few paid staff to the county government. ACCOUNTABILITY: Each signatory to this MOU will be held accountable for the work that they have agreed to perform using the bylaws that TRPC operates under on a daily basis. Partners who receive grant funds to perform specific tasks will be held to a higher level of accountability through generally accepted accounting practices such as invoicing, reporting, and auditing.
