The Company will furnish to maintenance employees a current insurance policy summary. Safety Boots An allowance of up to one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) will be paid to mechanics on the first pay of December, for the purpose of purchasing either company approved work boots or approved rubber boots. The boot allowance will be prorated for time worked during the current year. Coveralls The Company will provide coveralls to maintenance employees, with the coveralls being of a type and at a frequency determined by the Company. When the company requires a note from the doctor the company will pay for two doctor notes per calendar year of up to ten dollars ($10.00) up to a maximum of twenty dollars ($20.00) per calendar year. Upon submission of resignation from the Company's service, and having fully exercised seniority in their seniority group, or groups, severance pay shall be granted to regular full- time employees with at least five (5) years' service, whose services are terminated through technological change, in the amount of one week's pay for each year of service with the Company.
