Restrooms Sample Clauses
The 'Restrooms' clause defines the obligations and standards regarding restroom facilities within a property or premises. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for providing, maintaining, and cleaning restrooms, as well as any requirements for accessibility, hygiene, or compliance with health codes. For example, in a commercial lease, the landlord may be required to ensure that restrooms are operational and meet certain standards, while the tenant may be responsible for daily upkeep. This clause ensures that restroom facilities are adequately maintained and accessible, thereby promoting health, safety, and comfort for occupants and visitors.
