Duration of this Agreement is indefinite in relation to the management phase and the monitoring and regulation of the Grant Recipient by the SHRA but definite in relation to the Development phase and in particular, the monitoring of the project by the Province as that responsibility terminates soon as the project is completed and delivered to the satisfaction of all parties.
