Duration of this Agreement is indefinite in relation to the management phase and the monitoring and regulation of the Grant Recipient by the SHRA but definite in relation to the Development phase and in particular, the monitoring of the project by the Province as that responsibility terminates soon as the project is completed and delivered to the satisfaction of all parties.

Qualified interpreters include, for example, sign language interpreters, oral transliterators, and cued-language transliterators.2 28 C.F.R. § 35.104; 45 C.F.R. § 92.4. The term “Non-Scheduled Request” means a situation in which there are less than two (2) hours between the time when a Patient or Companion who is deaf or hard of hearing makes a request for an interpreter and when the services of an interpreter are necessary.
