Medical Examination. Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

A statement from a qualified medical professional approved by the Board certifying to the physical competency of the Superintendent shall be submitted upon request to the President of the Board of Education and shall be treated as confidential information. The cost of said physical examination and reports shall be submitted to the Superintendent’s insurance company. Any unpaid amount will be paid by the Board.
