Time Worked. For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.

Time Worked. All time for which an employee is compensated at the regular, straight-time rate of pay except standby time and premium pay. Time worked for the calculation of overtime will include items identified in Article 6.2.B.1.
Time Worked. Any classified employee who agrees to act as a committee member or perform work defined as “time worked” under the provisions of this Agreement shall have such time considered as compensable. The employee’s supervisor may schedule a shift adjustment, arrange for equivalent time off during the same work week, or pay for such time.

Time Worked. Court time situations amounting to less than two (2) hours in duration shall be considered “time worked” for overtime compensation purposes.
Time Worked for the purpose of computing eligibility for overtime compensation, "time worked" shall include all hours actually worked and all hours on approved paid leave status except bona fide meal periods, bona fide rest periods, bona fide commuting time and any time worked for which specific compensation provisions have been established elsewhere in the Agreement. Rest periods as defined by Article VI, Section 6.2. shall not be considered as bona fide rest periods for the purpose of excluding that time from the definition of time worked.
Time Worked. For the purpose of computing the number of hours worked, time during which a unit member is excused from work because of holidays, sick leave or other paid leaves of absence shall be considered as time worked by the unit member.
