Calendar Year definition

Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.
Calendar Year means the period beginning on the 1st of January and ending on the 31st of December of the same year, provided however that (a) the first Calendar Year of the Term shall commence on the Effective Date and end on December 31 of the same calendar year as the Effective Date, and (b) the last Calendar Year of the Term shall commence on January 1 of the Calendar Year in which this Agreement terminates or expires and end on the date of termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Calendar Year means a one-year period beginning on January 1st and ending on December 31st.

More Definitions of Calendar Year

Calendar Year means a period of twelve consecutive months beginning on and including January 1st and ending on December 31st; provided however, that (a) the first Calendar Year of the Term will extend from the Effective Date to the last day of the Calendar Year in which the Effective Date falls; and (b) the last Calendar Year of the Term will end upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
