Each Committee may meet in person or by means of teleconference, Internet conference, videoconference, or other similar communication method; provided that, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, at least one meeting each Calendar Year will be conducted in person at a location selected alternatively by Yarrow and GenSci or such other location as the Parties may agree.
