Charter Rate definition

Charter Rate means a commercial price that is in fact available to the general public for equivalent services. Missions bought at a commercial charter price are all inclusive of taxes, Eurocontrol and any other ancillary cost and are not subject to adjustments for fuel prices.
Charter Rate means in relation to Rig A, the Rig A Charter Rate and, in relation to Rig B, the Rig B Charter Rate;
Charter Rate means the charter hire payable by the Charterer to the Borrower pursuant to the Charter in relation to the Vessel and its Mooring and payable pursuant to clause 13.1 of the Charter but shall not include the Operating Cost Element or the Tax Element.
