Hospitalization and Dental Insurance. Effective January 1, 2003, after one hundred twenty (120) days of continuous service, the Employer will provide hospitalization and dental insurance to an employee, including dependent coverage, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Employer’s current hospitalization and dental insurance plans for County employees.
Hospitalization and Dental Insurance. Effective January 1, 2018, and except as provided in this section, after 90 days, any employee who has a spouse who is eligible for health care coverage* through another employer must enroll the spouse for such coverage or shall pay the difference in premium cost to the County caused by the inclusion of the spouse in the Clinton County Health Care Plan. *Health Care coverage is defined as any plan that includes a reasonable level of coverage for medical services, hospitalization and prescription drugs.

For all employees hired or promoted into the bargaining unit on or after January 1st, 2014, and except as provided in this section, after 90 days, any employee’s spouse who is eligible for health care coverage* through another employer, and whose premium- sharing cost for a single person, two person or family does not exceed 20% of the premium sharing cost of Clinton County’s high-option plan for a single person, two person or family, must enroll for the coverage for himself/herself in order to enroll/maintain coverage under the Clinton County health care plan. *Health Care coverage is defined as any plan that includes a reasonable level of coverage for medical services, hospitalization and prescription drugs.
Hospitalization and Dental Insurance. The Board will provide and pay 100% for hospitalization for all full time teachers under full family coverage. The coverage will be under the New Jersey State Health Benefits Plan. The option of utilizing an alternate plan (HMO) will be at the employee’s discretion, but any additional costs above the traditional N.J. State Health Benefits Plan will be the responsibility of the employee. The Board will provide and pay 100% for dental insurance for all full time tenured teachers under full family coverage. The coverage will be under the Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey. The Board shall furnish each teacher with a description of such insurance coverage at the commencement of each academic year. The aforementioned insurance coverage shall be subject to all terms and conditions set forth in the group policy obtained by the Board.
Hospitalization and Dental Insurance. The Board shall provide to the teachers a group hospitalization, major medical, and dental insurance policy, (prorated by FTE). It is agreed that the monthly premium cap paid by the Board of Education for its employees will not change from the original Agreement ($504) during the term of this Contract. Should the employee health insurance premium rise above the cap during this agreement, both the district and employee shall pay an equal proportion of the increase. The Board and Union agree to meet within thirty (30) days of enactment of any State or National Health Care Plan, to negotiate the impact of said plan on the health care provisions contained in this agreement.
Hospitalization and Dental Insurance. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive Committee shall pay 85% of the premium cost for individual employee coverage and 55% of the premium cost for dependent coverage. During the term of this Agreement, an employee may request a payroll deduction for the balance of the premium cost for dependent coverage. The Association shall appoint one or more representatives to participate in meetings with the consultant and the Administration’s representative and otherwise coordinate an effort to obtain the most cost effective coverage available.

Hospitalization and Dental Insurance. The present Hospital Insurance for employees and dependents, as provided by the Employer and contained in the contract between the Township and the Insurance Carrier, will be improved as proposed and discussed by the parties. The improvements to the existing hospitalization plan will be placed into effect on the 1st day of April, 1987. The hospital insurance shall provide the following daily room rate coverage: Effective 4/1/87 - $320.00 per day The Employer will continue the existing dental in- surance for the employees in accordance with the agreed-upon Connecticut General Dental Insurance Plan, the terms of which are contained in the Dental Plan Bci~klet. Effective April 1, 1987, the orthodontic coverage shall be $1,000.00 maximum per lifetime of the beneficiary. In addition, the below provision remains in effect. If the employee is at least 52 years of age at retirement, all hospitalization coverages remain in effect for the employee and spouse until each is eligible for Medicare benefits. Major medical portions of Medicare payments shall be paid by the employer (MMMD and MMME). Upon the death of the retired employee, the insurance will continue for the surviving spouse until the spouse should rema~ry, obtain employment which provides health insurance coverages, or reach an age so as to be eligible for Medicare benefits. All medical coverages are to be maintained for retirees the same as current employees. XII PENSION‌ The present pension plan and any amendment remains in effect for the duration of this agreement as reflected in "Your Retirement Plan, Township of Bloomfield," revised April 1, 1979, and as stated in contracts currently in effect between Bloomfield Township and the insurance carrier. In addition, effective April 1, 1987, Annual Retirement Income will be computed by multiplying 2.25% of Final Earnings by the number of years of service. Final Earnings refers to the average of the annual salary, longevity, and holiday pay, (excluding overtime and other bonuses) for the preceding four consecutive May 1st's, prior to the retirement date. Holiday pay shall cease to be part of Final Earning calculations upon expiration of this agreement. XIII SICK LEAVE PLAN
