AND PAY. An employee reporting for work without having been advised that there is no work shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the applicable hourly rate, unless it is beyond the Company’s control. Any employee who is called to work as a result of emergencies and works four (4) hours or less shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the applicable rate.

Where the work schedule permits, additional time off may be granted to an employee and this additional time off shall not be unreasonably withheld.
