TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. The term of this Contract commences on the Contract Start Date and ends on the earliest of (i) the “Contract End Date” identified in Exhibit A, (ii) the date upon which the Lease expires or is terminated, or
TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. This contract has an initial term of Click here to enter text to Click here to enter text. If a start date is not identified, the term shall commence upon the last dated signature of the Parties. For procurements conducted in BidBuy, the State may include in this contract the BidBuy Purchase Order as it contains the agreed term. If checked, see the attached BidBuy Purchase Order for the Term of this Contract. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms and any extensions, exceed 10 years. Vendor shall not commence billable work in furtherance of the contract prior to final execution of the contract except when permitted pursuant to 30 ILCS 500/20-80.
TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. This Contract shall be in full force and effect from the date of delivery hereof until such time as the Bond shall have been paid or provision for such payment shall have been made in accordance with the Resolution and all payments due or to become due to the Paying Agent and Bond Registrar have been made.
TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. The term of this Contract commences on the Contract Start Date and ends on the earliest of (i) the “Contract End Date” identified in Exhibit A, (ii) the date upon which the Lease expires or is terminated, or (iii) the date upon which this Contract is terminated by the Program Administrator as a result of default by the Owner or Tenant. The term of this Contract may not extend beyond September 30, 2021, unless HUD extends the waiver authority provided by the April 10, 2020 Memorandum extended by the December 4, 2020 Memorandum (the “extended waiver period”), in which case the Parties may agree to extend the Term of this Contract to no later than such new time as HUD’s waiver of the TBRA requirements in 24 CFR 92.209 expires.
TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless terminated at an earlier date by operation of Law or in accordance with the provisions of this Contract, shall expire on the Expiry Date.
TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. The term of this contract is listed in Appendix 3.
TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. 8.1.1 The DCFS Youth Managed Care Specialty Plan shall begin on the Contract Addendum Effective Date and shall terminate on March 31, 2021. TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. One year from the effective date, and will automatically renew for successive one-year periods, unless either party provides written notice to the other party of its election to terminate at least 30 days prior to the end of the then current term. TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. This contract shall enter into force after the following conditions: 1 Both parties have signed or chopped this contract. 2 The guarantee contracts under this contract have entered into force.
