Examples of Continuous Service in a sentence
Except as otherwise provided in Section 3 below, you shall become vested in the RSUs in accordance with the following schedule (the “Vesting Schedule”): one-third (1/3) of the RSU covered by this Award Agreement shall vest on each one (1) year anniversary of the Grant Date (the “Vesting Dates”) for the first three (3) anniversaries following the Grant Date and in accordance with the Plan, subject to your Continuous Service through each Vesting Date.
Except as provided in Sections 3(b) and 4 below, you must remain in Continuous Service with the Company until the second day of the calendar year following the end of the Performance Period and at least one year from the Grant Date in order to be entitled to any payment pursuant to this Award Agreement.
Subject to Executive’s Continuous Service, the Company guarantees Executive a minimum Annual Bonus of thirty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($37,500) for fiscal year 2025 (the “Minimum 2025 Annual Bonus”) and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for fiscal year 2026 (the “Minimum 2026 Annual Bonus”).
If the Participant's Continuous Service terminates for any other reason, then all Awards that are not vested at the time such termination shall be automatically and immediately forfeited for no consideration.
Continuous Service shall continue to be earned in accordance with Section 1.9 of the Retirement Pension Plan.
