Employee shall receive a stock bonus in accordance with the Company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan (“ISOP”) in an amount of one-hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per year of the Agreement and valued at fair market value, such issuance shall be issued on the anniversary of each subsequent year of employment.
