Health and Hospitalization Insurance. Single Coverage: The District shall contribute a sum not to exceed $8180 per year toward the premium for individual coverage for each full-time employee employed by the District who qualifies for and is enrolled in single cov- erage in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

Health and Hospitalization Insurance. Family Coverage: The School District shall contribute a sum not to exceed $586.00 per month toward the premium for family coverage for each full-time employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in family coverage in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

Effective July 1, 2019, the School District shall make an annual contribution toward the cost of the premium for medical/hospitalization insurance on behalf of each teacher employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in one of the group medical/hospitalization plans offered. Health and Hospitalization Insurance. The School District shall make available a high deductible health plan to all employees who elect to participate in said plan. With respect to qualifying bargaining unit members, the School District shall contribute an amount not to exceed $9,423.08 towards the annual premium cost of single, subscriber plus one or family group health insurance coverage for school years 2022-2023 and $$9,923.08 2023-2024. After the premium cost has been paid, remaining contribution dollars will be placed in the employees XXXX account.
