As our food distribution has doubled with no indication that our community’s need for nutritious food will decline, SPFC is expanding its food bank operations to keep pace with the increase in demand. SPFC Food Bank distributed 20M pounds of food last year, up from 11.3M pounds the year prior to the pandemic. SPFC's expanded food bank will provide the space necessary to maintain this level of food support for our community. Requested funds will be utilized to purchase equipment for the expanded warehouse space: one stand up rider, two electric forklifts, one gas forklift and one set of forklift scales. Standard lift trucks have a lifespan of 10,000 to 12,000 hours of use, however, brands such as Toyota can last upward of 40,000 hours Xxx Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx St. Petersburg Free Clinic with proper maintenance. With an anticipated annual use of 1,000 to 1,500 hours, the average estimated lifespan is a minimum of ten to twelve years, but likely much longer. This equipment is needed for the expanded operations of the warehouse and would allow our food programs to respond to the rise in demand, by increasing efficiencies. The expanded food bank space triples the capacity of our existing food bank and equipment is needed to navigate that expanded space effectively. Additionally, securing funding for this crucial equipment would alleviate financial burdens of attempting to mitigate both inflationary pressures of food cost and increased need of equipment. These funds would allow SPFC to continue to provide nutritious food to our neighbors in the efficient manner that this time in history demands. To address the County's critical need to preserve affordable housing, and to equip CSF maintenance team with operating vehicles that facilitate their servicing its residents and 70 properties throughout Pinellas County that were delayed in receiving services due to COVID 19, the CSF proposes to purchase 2 used maintenance vehicles and a hauling trailer to replace broken-down and unsafe vehicles. Current CSF maintenance vehicles are inoperable: 2008 Ford Econoline E350 with over 175k miles and cracked motorhead, oil leaks and broken brake system; and a 2012 Ford Transit COXL with 119 k miles with oil leaks, transmission locked. To ensure safety and productivity, these vehicles need to be replaced. During COVID 19 the inventory of used vehicles were priced at maximum value due to the limited supply. Today, the inventory is being restored, new vehicles are being purchased and used vehicles are in supply at fair value. What we’ll do as a foundation that teachers have a vast knowledge of how to run a PC, such as using software and all the information contained in it, should be understandable to the teacher that this in turn is capable of transmitting and delivering his teachings. We’ll use as working tools a computer, a laptop, pen drive, software, CD, memories; mainly to the teachers probably many of them are not in keeping with the modern technology advances. Humor and light-hearted fun engage the learner in activities for listening, teaching, reading, writing, vocabulary, verb forms, and spelling. Using casual, natural, and practical language, each unit presents basic vocabulary through a logical sequence of imperatives describing a familiar activity. This English Interactive Compact Disk was produced expecting we joined forces to produce such a dynamic, productive, and captivating ESL software program, well at least in this first pilot. It can be played in any computer or TV set. In the preparation phase it can help the teacher to order, to prepare and to dose the contents that it will impart. For it, in some occasions, it can use the videotape like half of transmission. In other it can use it as source of information and of knowledge. When the teacher imparts the class and it transmits the content, it can use the means like support, using the images and the sounds to illustrate or to exemplify the contents that it communicates through the word and of other didactic resources: slate, transparencies, scale models, slides, etc. while in other occasions, when the compact disk is of high expressive potentiality, it can use it as means for the transmission of the whole content; wrapped, of course as an appropriate didactic strategy. In the phase of understanding and development of capacities the student can use the means to order and to elaborate the acquired knowledge. For what will use their remote experience, the consulted documentation and the teacher's help; that, in turn, it will evaluate the result of the work. In the verification phase the student, by means of looking again the video or the compact disk, it can check which the grade of obtained learning has been. The videotape in the teaching of a language can be present inside the different phases of the process. Nevertheless, we will center in those of transmission of information and verification of the learning.

The position of this project is directed on finding an appropriate path so that the student will be able to understand the complexity of the English language focused on technical vocabulary through a simple but significant interactive resource that is reflected in the directed practice programmed in the classes of electricity where precision is needed in the use of special tools, equipment and the registrations or control charts that it is managed together with the procedures’ forms. An interactive booklet can stimulate in the student places non exploited of its brain and will allow them to develop their imagination because to respond the different proposed activities they will think in different alternatives and between them choose the correct answer. The development of the thought can be gotten if the external factors of the environment provide pressure or stimulate the reflexive part of the human being; we will try to elaborate this booklet using vocabulary of our own harvest and available resources from the WEB. The vocabulary booklet has a detailed planning of the activities dedicated to improve the detected problem and detailed previously. The following is a resource suggested to the teachers that it will be used to evaluate results. This contribution appears as intent of make easy the educational process that is imparted in the Alborada Technical High School, especially in the area of electricity26. Proposal Description. Teaching students who have a limited understanding of the English language can be a daunting task. Since the students speak a different language, some of them do not know the meanings of simple English words and phrases, and it can be difficult for teachers to communicate with them. Nevertheless, teachers can exercise more patience and try to find the right ways to help to their students become more proficient in the language. Here are a number of effective strategies for teaching ESL.
Proposal Description. I looked around and I have not found something as an agenda to take it for a guide, an example to follow or at least a list of things to do. Of course I know that everything comes from practice in the daily living. Teachers know for sure that experience cost lots of hard work but a little help is something we do not throw away, that is why I am trying to share experiences that I found in my research and my own. So, this agenda (pamphlet) is going to be just notes for sharing with my colleagues.
