Proposed Activities. A. TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND SALES COMPETENCIES DEVELOPED IN CACAO ASSOCIATIONS By the fiscal year 2022, TCE will work so that 4 associations exceed 70% on the ICOr index (i.e. are improved). Additionally, it will continue the strenghtening plan of 18 supported cacao producers associations. The activities consider providing access to the associations to enter the support ecosystem of EAFIT University, design and implementation of management tools, implementation of research projects, meetings, workshops, training, expert advice, among others. Proposed Activities. TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND COMMERCIAL COMPETENCES DEVELOPED IN THE CACAO ASSOCIATIONS This activity is implemented in the field by EAFIT, who starts by hiring one person for each region. First, a characterization and geo-referencing of the municipalities in which the entrepreneurship training is carried out with a GAD approach and the cacao associations where administrative and commercial strengthening is supported through the agreement. Later, an organizational diagnosis of the associations belonging to the different municipalities is carried out with the application of a tool to know the ICO (organizational competitiveness index) of each association and establish an intervention and strengthening route in both administrative and commercial aspects. Finally, the formulation of a Strengthening Plan for the associations located in the different municipalities based on the development of soft and administrative skills begins. ENTREPRENEURSHIP INITIATIVES WITH SUPPORTED GAD-BASED APPROACH In this activity EAFIT strengthens the important skills for the empowerment of the population in gender issues through workshops for each association to strengthen decision making and life agreement. These workshops deal with issues such as income control and management, self- esteem, among others, and support entrepreneurship ideas through advisory so that they can be presented in the business initiatives contest. At the end of this period, the business initiatives contest is structured and launched. REVOLVING FUND TO PURCHASE COCOA DEVELOPED In order to strengthen the working capital of the associations for the commercialization of cacao beans it is necessary to have the resources of a commercial ally, which in this case is Xxxxx Chocolate, for this purpose a revolving fund is created that gives resources to the associations previous evaluation by the Agricultural Development Management. During this stage, the following activities are carried out: 1. Review and signature of the Regulations of the Revolving Fund by the Legal Representative. Once approved, Xxxxx Chocolate sends the regulation to the Association of Producers for review and signature; 2. Adapt and apply the promissory note model and the open letter of instructions for its completion; 3. Verify and guarantee that there are the warranties required from the beneficiary producers (promissory notes, letter of instructions and other warranties as the case may be), to ensure the initial recovery of the money as we...

Proposed Activities. Establishing a European network of SSH related institutions working in the field of ionising radiation; • Bringing together natural scientists, engineers, social scientists and researchers in the humanities to address societal concerns; • Establishing a forum for SSH theoretical and methodological development; • Addressing existing as well as new and emerging challenges related to SSH research in the fields relating to ionising radiation; • Providing advice for integration of social sciences and humanities in the SRA’s, projects and other activities of the EU technical platforms; • Encouraging and facilitating the involvement of the general public, civil society organisations and other stakeholders in research and decision making processes related to ionising radiation; • Maintaining and improving know-how and SSH expertise in ionising radiation exposure situations among all interested stakeholders in Europe; • Improving the awareness and understanding of social science and humanities concerns related to ionizing radiation fields.
Proposed Activities. In 2021, TCE will continue the technical, administrative, and commercial strengthening of the cacao producer associations. So far, the following benefits have been gained from the intervention, accessing markets with fewer intermediaries, fair price, administrative, technical, and commercial improvement of the associations that improved their affiliates' services. During the year, four associations will begin the strengthening path. One will be from Bajo Cauca Antioqueño and three from Tumaco. Finally, TCE will continue to monitor the operation of the revolving fund operated by Xxxxx Chocolate with the associations.

Proposed Activities. The activities that we will be develop in this component, will be defined jointly with OCP and CCE, as well as the departments that will be part of the program but will include training of key personnel and implementation of the CCE model. The activities that will be contracted in this component will respond to the needs of CCE. Costs Accordingly to OCP´s and CEE´s diagnosis of the situation policy and priority actions will be defined for the development of the project. Total budget for the first phase is £ 500.373 This component will have around 6 projects in total, available for British Companies to participate in the tender processes. Risk matrix Administration and Monitoring Coordination The management approach to be followed during the implementation of the Prosperity Fund is defined based on FINDETER´s experience of the Entity in the management of non-reimbursable International Cooperation funds. FINDETER has been highlighted due its excellent management with the territories, building the projects in dialogue with the territorial authorities and other stakeholders, in accordance with the territorial vision and vocation, local planning instruments and the National Development Plan. Proposed Activities. 3.1: Commercial actors are incentivized to expand into new health product markets In Q1 partner the IMPACT Team will present the project to the PSHP in order to ensure that they are informed of the objectives of the project and the importance of collaboration between IMPACT and the PSHP. Starting in Q1 partner Xxxxx Foundation will lead the process of formalizing a partnership between the PSHP and the MOPH. While the partnership is being finalized the Xxxxx Foundation will review the scope of the PSHP to increasingly engage private businesses (e.g., pharmaceutical distributors) in distribution of health commodities. Xxxxx Foundation will work with members of the PSHP to identify bottlenecks preventing businesses from further investing in health commodities and to better advocate for commercial sector engagement with the MOPH. Members from the PSHP will be selected to join the TMI TWG (IR 1.1) based on their experience or interest in the priority health area and they will be assigned roles and responsibilities to contribute to the TWG. Achievements will be monitored through quarterly progress reports in order to track the progress of the PSHP engagement in the TMI TWG. Starting in Q1, partner Banyan Global will develop and adapt loan products and financial risk mitigation tools for small and micro health enterprises to engage them in supply side financing. Building on the work under SHOPS Plus, Banyan Global will continue working with Microcred and Access Bank under the DCA to expand financing to health supply chain stakeholders (e.g. remoted retailers). In parallel, Banyan Global will develop a training and coaching curriculum to build the financial management capacity of health businesses in the pharmaceutical sector that will borrow through the DCA. This will allow for the DCA banks to have more confidence that the borrowers are equipped to borrow responsibly and manage their loans. The training and coaching will begin in Q2 and will continue throughout Y1 as borrowers are identified. Banyan Global will also develop capacity building plans and training curricula for the DCA partner banks leveraging work from SHOPS Plus and will provide training and support in credit analysis and loan structuring for health businesses starting in Q2.
