Commercial General Liability. Insurance including premises and operations, personal injury, broad form property damage, broad form blanket contractual liability coverage (including coverage for the contractual indemnification) products and completed operations coverage, coverage for explosion, collapse and underground hazards, independent contractors coverage, coverage for pollution to the extent normally available and punitive damages to the extent normally available and a cross liability endorsement, with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence/One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate combined single limit for personal injury, bodily injury, including death and property damage.
Commercial General Liability insurance covering claims for bodily injury, death, personal injury or property damage occurring or arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises, including coverage for independent contractor's protection (required if any work will be subcontracted), premises-operations, products and/or completed operations and contractual liability with respect to the liability assumed by each Party hereunder. The limits of insurance shall not be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) general aggregate limit.

Commercial General Liability. The policy must be at least as broad as the Insurance Services Office (ISO) Commercial General Liability “occurrence” form, with coverage for liabilities arising out of premises, operations, independent contractors, products and completed operations, personal and advertising injury, and liability assumed under an insured contract. The policy must provide limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate.
Commercial General Liability. The Grantee shall provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 each occurrence and $2,000,000.00 aggregate. These minimum limits can be met by primary and umbrella liability policies. Coverage shall include: Premises-Operations, Products/Completed Operations, Contractual, Broad Form Property Damage, and Personal Injury. Such coverage shall be endorsed for the general aggregate to be on a PER PROJECT basis, and the Grantee shall provide an additional insured endorsement acceptable to the Sponsor. The required insurance must include coverage for all projects and operations of Grantee or similar language that meets the approval of the Sponsor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Commercial General Liability. Commercial General Liability must include $1,000,000 per occurrence for Bodily Injury and Property Damage with a separate aggregate limit of $2,000,000; Medical Expense per person of $5,000; Personal Injury and Advertising Liability of $1,000,000; Products/Completed Operations Aggregate Limit of $2,000,000; and Damage to Premises Rented: $50,000. Agencies may require additional Umbrella/Excess Liability insurance. The policy shall contain the following provisions:
Commercial General Liability. Contractor shall carry and maintain Commercial General Liability (CGL) and, if necessary to meet required limits of insurance, commercial umbrella/excess liability insurance with a total limit of not less than the limits specified herein. For contracts that are for the construction or improvement of public facilities, the Contractor shall obtain and maintain products and completed operations liability coverage through the statute of repose after completion of the project. There shall be no endorsement or modification of the CGL limiting the scope of coverage for liability arising from pollution, explosion, collapse, underground property damage, employment-related practices, or damage to the named insured’s work unless Subcontractor carries and maintains separate policies providing such coverage and provides Contractor evidence of insurance confirming the coverage. Minimum Limits of Insurance $2,000,000 Each Occurrence Limit for bodily injury and property damage $2,000,000 General Aggregate Limit $2,000,000 Products and Completed Operations Aggregate Limit $10,000 Medical Expense Limit If Commercial General Liability Insurance or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, it shall be revised to apply separately to this PROJECT or LOCATION.
Commercial General Liability. Seller shall carry and maintain, and ensure that all subcontractors thereof carry and maintain, throughout the period when work is performed and until final acceptance by Buyer, Commercial General Liability insurance with available limits of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage combined. Such insurance shall contain coverage for all premises and operations, broad form property damage, contractual liability (including, without limitation, that specifically assumed under paragraph a herein) and goods and completed-operations insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months after final acceptance of the work by Xxxxx. Such insurance shall not be maintained on a per-project basis unless the respective Seller or subcontractor thereof does not have blanket coverage.
Commercial General Liability. The Contractor shall maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy in the amount of $1,000,000 ($2,000,000 aggregate). The County shall be named as an additional insured on the commercial general liability policy.
Commercial General Liability. Consultant shall maintain “occurrence” form Commercial General Liability insurance with an unimpaired limit of not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence, $2,000,000 Products and Completed Operations Annual Aggregate and a $2,000,000 General Aggregate Limit. The policy shall cover liability arising from premises, operations, independent contractors, products- completed operations, personal injury and advertising injury. Coverage under the policy will be at least as broad as ISO policy form CG 00 010 93 or equivalent thereof, including but not limited to, separation of insured’s clause. To the fullest extent allowed by law, for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement, the City, its agents, representatives, officers, officials and employees shall be cited as an Additional Insured under ISO, Commercial General Liability Additional Insured Endorsement form CG 20 10 03 97, or equivalent, which shall read “Who is an Insured (Section II) is amended to include as an insured the person or organization shown in the Schedule, but only with respect to liability arising out of “your work” for that insured by or for you.” If any Excess insurance is utilized to fulfill the requirements of this subsection, such Excess insurance shall be “follow form” equal or broader in coverage scope than underlying insurance.
