Commercial General Liability. Insurance including premises and operations, personal injury, broad form property damage, broad form blanket contractual liability coverage (including coverage for the contractual indemnification) products and completed operations coverage, coverage for explosion, collapse and underground hazards, independent contractors coverage, coverage for pollution to the extent normally available and punitive damages to the extent normally available and a cross liability endorsement, with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence/One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate combined single limit for personal injury, bodily injury, including death and property damage.

Commercial General Liability insurance covering claims for bodily injury, death, personal injury or property damage occurring or arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises, including coverage for independent contractor's protection (required if any work will be subcontracted), premises-operations, products and/or completed operations and contractual liability with respect to the liability assumed by each Party hereunder. The limits of insurance shall not be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) general aggregate limit.

Commercial General Liability. The policy must be at least as broad as the Insurance Services Office (ISO) Commercial General Liability “occurrence” form, with coverage for liabilities arising out of premises, operations, independent contractors, products and completed operations, personal and advertising injury, and liability assumed under an insured contract. The policy must provide limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate.
Commercial General Liability. The Contractor shall maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy in the amount of $1,000,000 ($2,000,000 aggregate). The County shall be named as an additional insured on the commercial general liability policy.
Commercial General Liability. Commercial General Liability must include $1,000,000 per occurrence for Bodily Injury and Property Damage with a separate aggregate limit of $2,000,000; Medical Expense per person of $5,000; Personal Injury and Advertising Liability of $1,000,000; Products/Completed Operations Aggregate Limit of $2,000,000; and Damage to Premises Rented: $50,000. Agencies may require additional Umbrella/Excess Liability insurance. The policy shall contain the following provisions:
Commercial General Liability. The Grantee shall provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 each occurrence and $2,000,000.00 aggregate. These minimum limits can be met by primary and umbrella liability policies. Coverage shall include: Premises-Operations, Products/Completed Operations, Contractual, Broad Form Property Damage, and Personal Injury. Such coverage shall be endorsed for the general aggregate to be on a PER PROJECT basis, and the Grantee shall provide an additional insured endorsement acceptable to the Sponsor. The required insurance must include coverage for all projects and operations of Grantee or similar language that meets the approval of the Sponsor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Commercial General Liability. Insurance Services Office Form CG 00 01 covering CGL on an “occurrence” basis, including products and completed operations, property damage, bodily injury, and personal and advertising injury with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. If a general aggregate limit applies, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location (ISO CG 25 03 or 25 04) or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit.
