Proper Maintenance definition

Proper Maintenance means that a practice(s) is being maintained such that the practice(s) is performing the function for which it was originally implemented, as determined by the technical representative of the district or Division based upon the best management practice design and standard.

Examples of Proper Maintenance in a sentence

  • If the District concurs (in its reasonable discretion) that the preventive maintenance and repair records show Proper Maintenance and Repair and the District concurs (in its reasonable discretion) that the repair or replacement of the Bay 6 compactor costs more than $200,000 (as such amount may be adjusted as described below), then Tenant shall perform such Bay 6 Major Repair in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Lease.
