Property Maintenance. Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
Property Maintenance. Maintain and preserve all of its property and each and every part and parcel thereof that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and except as may be disposed of in accordance with the terms of the Postpetition Financing Documents, and make all repairs, replacements, and renewals thereof as may from time to time be necessary in order to ensure that its properties remain in good working order and condition, except, in each case, as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower agrees that upon the occurrence and during the continuing existence of an Event of Default, at the Postpetition Lender’s request, the Borrower will furnish to the Postpetition Lender a report on the condition of the Borrower’s property prepared by a professional engineer reasonably satisfactory to the Postpetition Lender.
Property Maintenance. The Transferor Partnership, in accordance with its normal practices and procedures, shall continue to maintain and to make all repairs and replacements to the Property so as to keep the Property in substantially its present condition, subject to the provisions of Section 7 hereof, and the Transferor Partnership shall operate and manage the Property in the same manner as it has operated the Property prior to the date hereof.
Property Maintenance. I will keep all tangible and intangible property that I consider necessary or useful in my business in good working condition by making all needed repairs, replacements and improvements and by making all rental, lease or other payments due on this property.
Property Maintenance. RESIDENT shall deposit all garbage and waste in a clean and sanitary manner into the proper receptacles and shall cooperate in keeping the garbage area neat and clean. RESIDENT shall be responsible for disposing of items of such size and nature as are not normally acceptable by the garbage hauler. RESIDENT shall be responsible for keeping the kitchen and bathroom drains free of things that may tend to cause clogging of the drains. RESIDENT shall pay for the cleaning out of any plumbing fixture that may need to be cleared of stoppage and for the expense or damage caused by stopping of waste pipes or overflow from bathtubs, wash basins, or sinks.
Property Maintenance. (a) Subject to the additional requirements under Section 11 below, for so long as this Agreement is in effect, Lessee shall make such payments as are necessary to keep the Lessor’s Property in good standing, including, but not limited to payment of any government filings, fees or taxes relating to Lessee’s operations on the Property, and satisfying any federal and state filing and bonding requirements for maintaining the Property in good standing for at least one year after the termination of this Agreement.
