New Vehicles definition

New Vehicles means, in relation to any Ultimate Borrower, any Vehicle acquired by such Ultimate Borrower after the date of this Agreement;

New Vehicles means shall mean all new and undamaged 2019 and 2020 model year motor vehicles, not previously titled and for which no RDR card has been previously submitted to the Manufacturer, which are owned by the Company and located on or are in transit to the Dealership Premises on the Closing Date, and each of which shall have less than 4,000 miles on the odometer. Any New Vehicle with greater than 4,000 miles shall be deemed a Used Vehicle.

New Vehicles means each of the Selling Entities’ new, untitled, unregistered and unused 2021 and subsequent model years Manufacturer vehicles including vehicles in transit.

More Definitions of New Vehicles

New Vehicles means (a) all new, non-registered, untitled, unreported 2023 and newer model year automobiles which are undamaged or have been repaired, but had less than $500 damage thereto, none of which is frame damage, for each such automobile which (i) are in a Dealership Company’s inventory on the Closing Date, and (ii) have less than 500 miles on the odometer and (b) all Demos; provided that, each applicable New Vehicle shall have 2 key fobs, one (1) instruction manual and the original Monroney sticker.

New Vehicles shall refer to and include only those Nissan and BMW motor vehicles which: (i) are unregistered and unused, (ii) are from the 1997 or 1998 model year, (iii) have been driven for less than 500 odometer miles, and (iv) may be represented or warranted to consumers as "new" under Oregon law. "Unused Vehicles" shall mean any vehicles which are not new vehicles.
