RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. In every research, it becomes necessary that studied facts, as well as the relations that we settle down among the obtained results and the evidences found in the relation with the problem, gather the conditions of reliability, objectivity and internal validity; for that, it is required to define the procedures of methodological order, through which it is tried to give answer to the queries that are object of my investigation. In this topic of research the Non Experimental Investigation will be used, because it is necessary to take into account that will not be carried out any experiment. As well as it will be made the application of the Descriptive and Field. Descriptive: To identify the students' behavior, attitudes and reactions, skills and also those of the educational community in general, facing the information obtained from the institution and to determine the reasons for the difficulty that exists in the English Language learning process. Field: Carrying out a direct investigation in the Educational Institutions, since it is the place where the problem takes place. Starting from the field investigation it will originate a feasible project, because it is directed to the improvement of the English Language learning process and this way to improve the learning quality and knowledge in the community. Non Experimental: The experimental investigation is presented as the manipulation of a not proven experimental variable, under conditions rigorously controlled, with the purpose of describing in what way or why it causes a situation or particular event takes place. Its difference with the other investigation types is that the study objective and its treatment depend completely on the investigator, of the decisions that it takes to manage its experiment. In this project it will be applied the basic investigation, the applied investigation and the bibliographical investigation. Basic investigation  It is in charge of knowing and explaining.  It worries about the development of new theories.  It investigates and it contributes for love to the science.  It constitutes the foundation of any other investigation. Applied investigation  It uses the discoveries of the basic investigation.  It is carried out with an immediate purpose.  It is utilitarian.  It looks to improve the society and to solve the problems. RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. This research is located into the quanti-qualitative area. A character can be quantitative if it is appraisable numerically or qualitative if it does not admit numeric measure. My project is measured by the quantitative evaluation because the application called “strategies” for the development of the basic four skills on English's learning, is an important part in the amplification of the knowledge of the students and it is evaluated according to the acquired skills. It is a qualitative character because the process of the teaching over the work through the application of audiovisual resources for this purpose it is important so that students acquire habits of practice of exercises in English which allow them to develop important basic skills. It is also a feasible project because it consists on the elaboration of a proposal that it goes to foment conscience, to the benefit of students, the family and the society. For its location it is a field investigation because it is performed in the same place the event it occurs. It is also descriptive because it determines how the frequency with the problem is happening and to whom is presented. It is explicit because through the data it settles down the variable relationships and it allows us the cause-effect relationships. This investigation work is based on the following aspects: According to the purpose: this research pursues to get the improvement of the conscience of the students through the performing of exercises that allow them to acquire a bigger skill in solving problems inside and outside of the educational environment. According to the place: this work it is thought getting inside the process of a field investigation, because it is performed in the same place where the facts were made and because it is a direct investigation. According to the nature: this investigation is taking immediate action because it is going to be applied from the very first moment, it can refer to people, facts, processes and social relationships; it should be executed at one time and certain place with the purpose of gathering argument to identify a specific problem. According to the achievement: It has as a reference the historical and descriptive aspect.
RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. Within the broad field of research types existing in our project will make use of only 3 of these research. Applied Research or Basic Research. Field Research and Experimental Explanatory Research Basic and applied research which we will implement, use and exploitation of the intellect of students and skills in the use of technological tools. As far we know Basic Research and Applied Research are in some way are linked together, this Applied research is aimed to the general postulates of pure basic research or to serve the solution of problems or cases, this technique lacks research and technology, applied research seek to know, to act, to build, to modify. In fact, we are going to find out where is the problem, both students and teacher and find solutions. Field Research is the full, auxiliary and improvement documentary information, is a methodical work done to collect information from the same place where its present the phenomenon you want to study, where are those issues to be bound to study. Explanatory Research, the goal of all explanatory research is to answer the question of why. Explanatory Research attempts to go above and beyond what exploratory and descriptive research to identify the actual reasons a phenomenon occurs. There are many other goal of good scientific exploratory research. They include explaining things in details. It should build and enrich the reasons behind a theory. Experimental explanatory research will also be used as many students do not have to be familiar with these work tools while learning and giving them the opportunity to experience a new world of learning at the hand of technology.
RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. According to the objective of the investigation, our project is based in the following investigation types: Basic investigation It is the investigation that intends to end up establishing principles, to develop new theories; which is, to contribute to the science with a new truth. With this investigation type we will be able to develop new skills in the students, same that will allow improving the teaching-learning process of English language.

Also were interviewed the teachers of the technical area to find urgent solutions. Applied investigation It will be appealed to the applied investigation because it will be good as relating to try to solve the problem that a simple and practical dictionary exists in the institution, designed for the teachers.
