Hours of Use definition
Hours of Use means the hours when the Licensee may use the Licensed Area for the Permitted Use, as specified in Item 10 of Schedule 1. If no hours are specified in Item 10 of Schedule 1, the Licensee may use the Licensed Area during hours within the Term as agreed to in writing by the parties (and subject to any Dates and/or Days of Use).
Hours of Use means the hours when the Licensee may use the Licensed Area for the Permitted Use, as specified in Item 11. If no hours are specified in Item 11, the Licensee may use the Licensed Area during hours within the Term as agreed to in writing by the parties (and subject to any Dates and/or Days of Use). IBAC means the commission established under the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 (Vic) and includes any other organisation that may, from time to time, perform the functions of the commission.
Hours of Use means the actual time in hours, and parts thereof, an operating room is used to provide surgical services. It is the time from when a patient enters an operating room until that same patient leaves that same room. It excludes any pre- or post-operative room set-up or clean-up preparations, or any time a patient spends in pre- or post-operative areas including a recovery room.

Upon payment of the Scheduled Deposits and the Security Deposit (defined above), ▇▇▇'s will make the Venue available and provide the Services to Client for the Event on the Event Date for the Hours of Use indicated.
An over-time fee of $500 per hour will be due and payable for any time that the Venue is in use by Client and/or any guest or Vendor of the Client either before or after the Hours of Use times as listed above.
Although Charter School shall have full and exclusive use of the Exclusive Space allocated during the school day, Charter School is bound by the terms of the Civic Center Act (Education Code section 38131 et seq.) and/or any joint use or recreational program use established by the District as described further in Section 4 (Hours of Use and Civic Center Act Compliance).
The portable lights must be turned off thirty (30) minutes following the conclusion of Field use by City as in accordance with Exhibit “B”, Hours of Use.
Pursuant to Section 4 (Hours of Use and Civic Center Act Compliance) hereof, the District shall handle requested uses of the Property and Site and Facilities by other organizations under Civic Center Act rules and regulations.
More Definitions of Hours of Use
Hours of Use means the hours specified in Item 13. Item means an item in the Particulars to the Lease. Land means the land specified in Item 3. Maintenance Schedule means the schedule published on Council’s internet website3 which sets out the repair and maintenance responsibilities of the parties to the Lease.

FOOD: Camp Fish Tales or their employees are not responsible for food or drinks, which are delivered ahead of the scheduled activity or left after the activity. DECORATIONS: When decorating, only free-standing decorations can be used. Nothing is to be affixed to the walls, ceiling, windows, doors, etc. Balloons must be tethered to prevent interference with the alarm and air circulation systems. Use of open flame candles, taper candles, confetti, glitter and rice is strictly prohibited.

Daily 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Room Capacity: 163 • A Community Use Agreement form must be completed and submitted prior to use. • All reservations are made through the Administrative Office staff during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Meeting room may not be scheduled for more than 60 days in advance. • Approved reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. • User agency is responsible for proper set-up of chairs, tables, and equipment as needed. • Users are responsible for cleaning the room up after use and dispose of waste as needed. • User/agency/person shall appoint a responsible person who will be present for the entire meeting. • Children are to be supervised at all times and must stay within the meeting room area. • Do not affix anything to the walls or ceiling except with approved masking tape. • Contact administrative staff or station crew if anything is broken or damaged. • User’s responsible person shall insure that the meeting participants stay in the meeting room area and do not enter parts of the building unless accompanied by fire department personnel. • Users are responsibility for damages and/or other costs associated with their use of the facility. • The room key may be picked up 2 business days prior to event and must be returned within 2 business days after. A lost key charge of $25 will apply to unreturned keys. • White boards may be used. ONLY use dry erase pens on the white boards. Audio/visual equipment (projector and screen) may be available during business hours only. User’s should anticipate allowing time to test. District personnel have only limited time to assist with technology. • Tables, chairs, restrooms and kitchen are available for use.
