Mobile Check Deposit. If enabled by the Bank for your Account, Mobile check deposit ("Mobile Deposit") allows you to make deposits to your Account remotely by using the Mobile App to take a legible picture of the front and back of the negotiable check(s) and transmitting images of such instruments to the Bank in compliance with the Bank’s requirements ("Check Image(s)"). If the Check Image is accepted for deposit, the Bank will notify you electronically using the e-mail address you provided, through the Mobile App, or by postal mail. The Bank will attempt to collect the item by presenting the image or converting the image into a digital representation of the original check ("Substitute Check"). Unlike traditional check deposits, you retain the original paper check when you use Mobile Deposit. Bank is not liable for any Substitute Checks that may become lost in the mail. See “Substitute Check Policy Disclosure” in this Agreement for further information on Substitute Checks. The manner in which Substitute Checks are cleared, presented for payment and deposited will be determined by the Bank, in Bank’s sole discretion which may change, modify, add or remove functionality from Mobile Deposit at any time, with or without notice to you. Mobile Deposit Eligibility. Bank will determine whether you are eligible for the Mobile Deposit. Bank may suspend or terminate your use of Mobile Deposit at any time and without prior notice to you. If you violate the terms of Mobile Deposit, such actions may be used as a basis to terminate your Account. Mobile Deposit Limits. Limits may be imposed on the dollar amount or number of deposits you make through Mobile Deposit, and Bank may change such limits at any time at Bank’s discretion. Bank may decline to accept any Check Image you submit through Mobile Deposit at Bank’s sole discretion. Third-Party Checks. Third-party checks deposited through Mobile Deposit may be rejected. All Check Images submitted for deposit must be payable to you and not to a third-party. Retention of Original Check. Once the funds from the Check Image have been credited to your Account, you must mark the original check as "VOID" and retain it for sixty (60) days. You may not present the original check, or any Substitute Check created from the original check for payment at any other financial institution. The manner in which Electronic Checks are cleared, presented for payment and deposited will be determined by the Bank, at our sole discretion. We may change, modify, add, or remove functionality from Mobile Check Deposit at any time, with or without notice to you. We will determine whether you are eligible for the Mobile Check Deposit feature at our sole discretion. Please note that your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving data to upload Check Images using the Mobile App. Limits may be imposed on the dollar amount or number of deposits you make through Mobile Check Deposit, which Varo reserves the right to modify as we deem necessary, including based on your account activity.
Mobile Check Deposit. You may use Mobile Check Deposit to deposit items to your Account by creating an image of the item using an Mobile Check Deposit Device, and transmitting that image to us for deposit by means of your Mobile Banking Log On, User ID and Password. You may transmit images to us only from a Mobile Check Deposit Device located in the United States. Although the Credit Union’s Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure governs your use of Mobile Banking and your User ID and Password as they relate to certain features or functions of Mobile Banking, the Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure does not govern the Mobile Check Deposit or transactions conducted through the Mobile Check Deposit. You agree to endorse any item transmitted through the Service with your signature and adding the restrictive endorsement “For Mobile Check Deposit only, Keys Federal Credit Union account # ” or as otherwise instructed by us, prior to transmission of the item. You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of the Service as we may establish from time to time. You agree Credit Union may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, reject items not endorsed as set forth herein or as otherwise established by us from time to time. You may complete more than one Mobile Check Deposit as long as the maximum Mobile Check Deposit limit is not exceeded.

Mobile Check Deposit. Purdue Federal offers a remote deposit capture service (“Mobile Check Deposit”) to eligible members to make certain check deposits electronically in Mobile Banking by using a capture device to create an electronic image of a paper check payable only in U.S. Dollars and on a U.S. financial institution ("Item") by scanning the Item and transmitting it and related data to us. You are solely responsible for information or data that is transmitted, supplied or key-entered by you, or any person you have authorized. Before you capture the image of any Item, you shall endorse all Items with your signature and print "For PFCU Mobile Deposit Only" below your signature. You agree that after the Item has been imaged and submitted for deposit, you shall not otherwise transfer or negotiate the original Item, substitute check or any other representation thereof. You further agree that you shall be solely responsible for the original Items, including storage, retrieval and destruction of the Items. You agree that the electronic image of the Item or any substitute check, as defined by federal law, will become the legal representation of the Item for all purposes, including return items processing. Please refer to the Funds Availability Policy for consumer accounts in Your Guide to Member Services or the Business Deposits section for business accounts in Your Guide to Member Business Services for more detail on the availability of funds from your deposits. You agree to pay the fees described in the Fee Schedule that apply to your account. Mobile Check Deposit. This Bank Account Agreement (the “Bank Account Agreement”) dictates the terms of your demand deposit account (“Varo Bank Account” or “Bank Account”) available from Varo Bank, N.A. (the “Bank,” “Varo,” or “Varo Bank”), member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”). The Bank Account consists of this demand deposit account and is also known as a checkless checking account which can be used to make payments and transfers to third parties online or through the use of a Varo Visa® Debit Card (the "Card" or the “Debit Card”) that is issued with the Bank Account. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to the Bank, our successors, affiliates or assignees. Even though we may allow use of the Mobile Check Deposit service to add money to your Account, we do not provide this service and are not responsible for any service-related issues. To use this service, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions the service provider establishes from time to time. We do not charge any fees in connection with Mobile Check Deposits. MoCaFi has made arrangements with the service provider providing such service to pay, on your behalf, any fees you incur for the service. The terms and conditions, including the applicable fees (which MoCaFi is paying for you), will be provided to you at the time you sign up for the service.
