FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY Sample Clauses
A Funds Availability Policy clause defines when deposited funds become accessible for withdrawal or use by the account holder. Typically, this clause outlines the timeframes for different types of deposits, such as cash, checks, or electronic transfers, and may specify exceptions for large deposits or suspicious activity. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations for customers regarding access to their money, thereby reducing confusion and helping both parties manage financial planning and risk.
