Service Terms and Conditions. 1.1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this LSA and the AC, during the Contract Term, Terminal Operator shall deliver to Shipper, and Shipper shall pay for the LNG Services that Shipper has subscribed pursuant to any Services Confirmation in accordance with the LNG Access Code.

Provision of the Information Services may be subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to those set out in this Agreement, relating to, for example, price and payment, subscription terms and duration. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and such specific terms and conditions, the specific terms and conditions shall take precedence and shall apply in place of the conflicting provisions of this Agreement, but the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply. The Customer shall not distribute, retransfer, copy, publish, modify, enhance, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise alter the Information Systems. Volvo may modify, upgrade, exchange or substitute any of the Information Services or part thereof without notice as part of the continuous improvement process related to the Information System or as required to comply with any applicable safety, statutory or regulatory requirement or for added functionality which does not materially affect the quality or performance of the Information Services or of the vehicle. The right of the Customer to use the Information Systems is subject to the technical and regulatory availability of the Information Systems. The technical availability of the Information Systems depends on availability of network and satellite coverage and may be disrupted due to local barriers (including but not limited to bridges, buildings and other physical barriers), atmospheric or topographic conditions and technical limitations (including but not limited to inbuilt errors of any GPS system). Volvo disclaims any guarantee or liability for the security of the mobile telecommunications, wireless or other network used for the transmission of Vehicle Data and other information. The Information Systems may not be available due to maintenance work. Details of planned maintenance work will, if possible, be posted on the Digital Channels or otherwise communicated to the Customer. Volvo will seek to minimise disruption of the Information Systems' availability. The Customer shall at all times comply with Volvo's user guidelines and manuals in respect of each vehicle. Service Terms and Conditions. 1. Contractor shall service upon Subscriber's request, the alarm system installed in Subscriber's premises between the hours of 8 A.M. and 4 P.M. Monday through Friday, within reasonable time after receiving notice from Subscriber that service is required, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. All repairs, replacement or alteration to the alarm system made by reason of alteration to Subscriber's premise, or caused by unauthorized intrusion, lightning or electrical surge, or caused by any means other than normal usage, wear and tear, shall be made at the cost of the Subscriber.

Service Terms and Conditions. Customer's premises. The Company may remove and test its meters at no charge to residential Customers. The Company may charge non-residential Customers for this testing if the meter tested is found to register less than or equal to 2% above or below the recognized comparative standard, and such test was conducted as part of an investigation into a high bill complaint by the Customer. Any such test shall be conducted according to the standards therefor as established by this paragraph. In the event that any meter fails to register or registers incorrectly, the Company shall reasonably determine the length of the period during which such meter failed to register or registered incorrectly and the quantity of Gas delivered during such period, based upon available information, including the Customer’s records of Gas Usage and operation at the Customer’s facility. The Customer shall reimburse the Company for any unscheduled maintenance or repairs to telemetering equipment that is required to restore meter operation as a result of faulty telephone or electrical connections, or as a result of the actions of the Customer. The Company shall be responsible for restoring telephone or electrical connections as a result of its actions.
