Mobile Device. Only certain camera-enabled Mobile Devices may be used with Remote Deposit, as specified by Navigant from time to time. The enrollment process may require Member to provide information about the Mobile Device that Member will use for Remote Deposit, as well as the telephone number for the Mobile Device, the telecommunications carrier that provides service to Member’s Mobile Device, and Member’s email address. Enrollment requires identification of Member’s banking relationship with Navigant as well as verification of Member’s Mobile Device. If Member uses a handheld mobile device other than its Mobile Device to access Remote Deposit, any short message service (“SMS”) text messages originating from Remote Deposit will be sent to the Mobile Device that Member entered and verified when registering for Remote Deposit. It is Member’s responsibility to provide Navigant with accurate, complete and current information about Member and Member’s Mobile Device (including Member’s telephone number, the telecommunications carrier, and Member’s email address), and to notify Navigant immediately if any of this information changes or if service to Member’s Mobile Device is terminated. Navigant reserves the right to refuse or cancel Member’s registration for the Remote Deposit if Navigant cannot verify information about Member and/or Member’s Mobile Device.
Mobile Device. Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your mobile device. You agree that you will not install software onto your mobile device that you are not familiar with or have not read the terms and conditions for that software. You agree to download mobile security software updates when available. Your mobile device may become subject to unauthorized tracking, “hacking” or other manipulation by spyware, viruses or other malicious code (“malware”). We are not responsible for advising you of the existence or potential effect of any malware. Your use of your hardware and software is at your own risk. In the event we change or upgrade the Mobile Banking Service, you are responsible for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking as changed or upgraded. You agree that your mobile device will be locked if it is left unattended. You agree to log off of Mobile Banking at the completion of your online session. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking or your mobile device.
Mobile Device. The phrase “mobile device” means any transport- able equipment or technology (typically a phone or tablet) that al- lows you to access the internet to take actions, conduct transac- tions or use the products and services as we offer.
Mobile Device. You may access your Account through your mobile device to view Accounts and transactions, conduct transactions, and conduct Mobile Deposits. See Section titled MOBILE DEVICE ACCESS, below, for complete information and requirements.
Mobile Device. You agree not to leave your Device unattended while logged into Mobile Banking and to log off immediately at the completion of each access by you. If you permit other persons to use your Device, login information, or other means to access Mobile Banking, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize and we will not be liable for any damages resulting to you.
Mobile Device. Not all Mobile Banking services are available on all types of mobile devices. You are responsible for providing a mobile device that is compatible with Mobile Banking. We reserve the right to modify the scope of Mobile Banking at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile networks, such as while roaming.
Mobile Device. “Mobile Device” means any device used to transmit an Electronic Item for Deposit, including your smart phone, flatbed scanner, and personal computer. The Service. The Service is designed to allow you as an Online Banking customer with First Bank & Trust to Deposit funds to your Account using your smart phone or flatbed scanner by capturing images of the front and back of a Check and transmitting the Electronic Item to us for our review and processing. You shall capture from each original Check to be Deposited: (i) an image of the front and back of the original Check; (ii) all of the information in the MICR line on the original Check; and (iii) the amount of the Check. By requesting access to the Service, you authorize us to provide you with access to all of your eligible Accounts to participate in the Service. The following Account types are currently eligible for the Service: checking, savings, and money market accounts. Endorsements and Procedures. You agree to endorse each original Check without any restrictions or conditions, in accordance with any applicable procedures we may designate from time to time. We shall, in our sole discretion, determine whether Electronic Items are accepted for processing or rejected. It is your responsibility to routinely review the email address listed as your Current Email Address in the Personal Settings of your Online Banking account for notices regarding whether Electronic Items have been accepted or rejected for processing. If you believe that Electronic Items have been sent to us, but you have not received a notice that the Electronic Item has been accepted for processing or rejected, it is your responsibility to contact us.
Mobile Device. Subscriber's Device must comply with Federal Communications Commission regulations, be certified for use on and compatible with the network which Altice provides Altice Mobile Service. Devices purchased from Altice may include pre-installed applications or software that manages wireless connections. Altice may change a Device's software, applications, or programming remotely, with or without notice to Subscriber. This could affect how Subscriber has programmed or uses his or her Device. By activating Mobile Service that uses a SIM card, Subscriber agrees Altice owns the intellectual property and software in the SIM card, that Altice may change the software or other data in the SIM card without notice and that Altice may utilize any capacity in the SIM card for administrative, network, business, and/or commercial purposes. Devices may not work with another mobile network and other mobile network operators may not accept a Device on their networks. Altice is not responsible for any defects, acts, omissions, or other problems with a Device not manufactured by Altice. Check with the Device's manufacturer to determine whether there are any warranties on a Device. Device performance may vary based on Device specifications (for example, a Device's software, memory, and storage), and Device performance may impact access to Altice's Mobile Service. If Subscriber purchased a Device from Altice, it may have been programmed with a Device or SIM lock which will prevent it from operating with other compatible mobile network operators' services. If Subscriber wishes to use their Device with the service of another mobile network operator or Subscriber wishes to exchange their Mobile Service between two Altice-supported Devices, upon request, Altice will provide reasonable assistance to unlock the Device or to exchange their Mobile Service between the two Altice-supported Devices, provided that Subscriber meets certain criteria, including but not limited to: (a) Subscriber has paid for each Device in full; (b) Subscriber's account has been active for more than sixty (60) days and is in good standing (i.e., it has no past due amount or unpaid balance owed to Altice); and (c) none of the Devices has been reported lost or stolen. Subscriber is responsible for the security of any Device connected to the Mobile Service, including any data stored on the Device, and maintaining virus and other Internet security protections when accessing third-party products or services.
