Mobile Device. Only certain camera-enabled Mobile Devices may be used with Remote Deposit, as specified by Navigant from time to time. The enrollment process may require Member to provide information about the Mobile Device that Member will use for Remote Deposit, as well as the telephone number for the Mobile Device, the telecommunications carrier that provides service to Member’s Mobile Device, and Member’s email address. Enrollment requires identification of Member’s banking relationship with Navigant as well as verification of Member’s Mobile Device. If Member uses a handheld mobile device other than its Mobile Device to access Remote Deposit, any short message service (“SMS”) text messages originating from Remote Deposit will be sent to the Mobile Device that Member entered and verified when registering for Remote Deposit. It is Member’s responsibility to provide Navigant with accurate, complete and current information about Member and Member’s Mobile Device (including Member’s telephone number, the telecommunications carrier, and Member’s email address), and to notify Navigant immediately if any of this information changes or if service to Member’s Mobile Device is terminated. Navigant reserves the right to refuse or cancel Member’s registration for the Remote Deposit if Navigant cannot verify information about Member and/or Member’s Mobile Device.
Mobile Device. The phrase “mobile device” means any trans- portable equipment or technology that allows you to access the internet to take actions, conduct transactions or use the products and services as we offer.
Mobile Device. Your contract with Your mobile network provider (“Mobile Provider”) will continue to apply when accessing or using AHA Sites on Your mobile device (“Mobile Device”). You understand that Your Mobile Provider may charge You fees for Your use of its network while accessing or using AHA Sites, for data downloading, email, text messages, for roaming, and other Mobile Provider or third-party charges, and that YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH FEES AND CHARGES. You understand that AHA Sites are provided over the internet and mobile networks, so the quality and availability of AHA Sites may be affected by factors outside Our control. We do not guarantee that this Site will be compatible or operate with Your Mobile Provider’s service plans, with any particular mobile device, or other piece of hardware, software, equipment, or device You install on or use with Your Mobile Device. We are not responsible if AHA Sites are unavailable or if You cannot download or access the content on any AHA Sites, for any compatibility or interoperability issues, or for any communication system failure which may result in AHA Sites being unavailable.
Mobile Device. Any wireless communication device intended for use with the Services, including a mobile phone, smartphone, wireless modem, wireless Internet sticks or SIM (subscriber identity module) card.
Mobile Device. Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your mobile device. You agree that you will not install software onto your mobile device that you are not familiar with or have not read the terms and conditions for that software. You agree to download mobile security software updates when available. Your mobile device may become subject to unauthorized tracking, “hacking” or other manipulation by spyware, viruses or other malicious code (“malware”). We are not responsible for advising you of the existence or potential effect of any malware. Your use of your hardware and software is at your own risk. In the event we change or upgrade the Mobile Banking Service, you are responsible for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking as changed or upgraded. You agree that your mobile device will be locked if it is left unattended. You agree to log off of Mobile Banking at the completion of your online session. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking or your mobile device.
