Policy form means the form on which the policy is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.
Policy Framework means a policy framework issued under section 26 of the Act.
Policy Owner means the owner named in the policy or the certificate holder in the case of a group policy.
Policy Grievance is defined as a difference between the parties relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement. A policy grievance may be submitted by either party at Step 2 of the grievance procedure. A policy grievance shall be signed by a CLAC Representative and submitted to the Employer. A policy grievance submitted by the Employer shall be signed by the Employer or his representative.
policy of life insurance means any instrument by which the payment of money is assured on death (except death by accident only) or the happening of any contingency dependent on human life, or any instrument evidencing a contract which is subject to payment of premiums for a term dependent on human life;
Special Primary Insurance Policy Any Primary Insurance Policy covering a Mortgage Loan the premium of which is payable by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.04(a), if so identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule. There are no Special Primary Insurance Policies with respect to any of the Mortgage Loans.
Primary Insurance Policy Each policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance or any replacement policy therefor with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
Insurance Affordability Program means a program that is one of the following:
Workers Compensation With respect to all operations performed, the Party shall carry workers’ compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont.
Occupational education means that education or training
Overseas treatment means treatments or appliances provided or sourced from outside of Australia. This includes treatment on cruise ships inside or outside Australian waters.
Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.
group insurance means insurance other than creditor’s group insurance and family insurance, whereby the lives or well-being, or the lives and well-being, of a number of persons are insured severally under a single contract between an insurer and an employer or other person; (“assurance collective”)
Dental means of or relating to the teeth and the work of a dentist.
Evidence of coverage means any certificate, agreement or contract issued to an enrollee setting out the coverage to which the enrollee is entitled.
Reinsurance means the activity consisting in accepting risks ceded by an insurance undertaking or by another reinsurance undertaking or, in the case of the association of underwriters known as Lloyd's, the activity consisting in accepting risks, ceded by any member of Lloyd's, by an insurance or reinsurance undertaking other than the association of underwriters known as Lloyd's;
Life Insurance Policy ’ means any arrangement under which a person, in return for provision being made for the rendering of a premium to that person, undertakes to meet insurance obligations—
Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.
Health means physical or mental health; and
Prescription means an order for drugs or medical supplies, written or signed or transmitted by word
Formulary means a list of covered prescription drugs provided under this plan. The formulary includes generic, preferred brand name, non-preferred brand name, and specialty prescription drugs.
Continuing education means planned, organized learning acts designed to maintain, improve, or expand a licensee’s knowledge and skills in order for the licensee to develop new knowledge and skills relevant to the enhancement of practice, education, or theory development to improve the safety and welfare of the public.
Special education means specially designed instruction, at no cost to the parents, to meet the unique needs of a child with a disability, including--
life policy means each life insurance and/or assurance policy which serves as collateral security for the repayment of a Mortgage Loan;
Life insurance means contracts that incorporate mortality risk, including annuity and pure endowment contracts, and as may be specified in the valuation manual.
Medicare means that government-sponsored insurance program under Title XVIII, P.L. 89-97, of the Social Security Act, which provides for a health insurance system for eligible elderly and disabled individuals, as set forth at Section 1395, et seq. of Title 42 of the United States Code.
