Prohibited Checks. Bank may decline to accept any Check Image you submit through Mobile Deposit at Bank’s sole discretion. You agree that you will not scan and attempt to deposit any of the following: ● Checks payable to any person or entity other than you (i.e., third party checks). ● Checks payable jointly to you and any other person (i.e. made out to 'Xxxx *and* Xxxx Xxx'). ● Checks containing alterations, illegible items, fraudulent checks, or checks that you should have known or have reason to believe were fraudulent. ● Checks that have been previously deposited at another institution via physical item, image or electronic funds transfer. ● Checks from financial institutions located outside of the United States; ● Checks that are not payable in U.S. dollars. ● Checks that are more than six (6) months old (i.e. stale-dated). ● Checks that are post-dated, or payable on a date in the future. ● Substitute Checks (a digital reproduction of the front and back of an original check). ● Remotely created checks (a check created by a merchant with a buyer's checking account number on it, but without the buyer's original signature). ● Travelers' checks and savings bonds. ● Non-negotiable instruments, such as promissory notes. ● Starter checks or counter checks (checks from a teller window).

Third-Party Checks All checks deposited must be payable to you. Receipt of Check We are not responsible for Check Images not received or dropped during transmission. A Check Image will be deemed received by us only when an email confirmation has been provided to you indicating the Check Image has been received. Although you may receive confirmation of receipt of your Check Image, the Check Image will still be subject to review before it is submitted for collection and may still be rejected for any reason at our sole discretion. A confirmation is not a representation, warranty or other indication that the Check Image will be presented for collection or will be honored by any collecting or paying bank. If a Check Image received through Mobile Check Deposit is rejected, then you may re-submit the original check for processing, however we reserve the right to refuse to process it and may require you to have the check reissued.
Prohibited Checks. You agree that checks deposited through the use of the Service will not: • be payable to any person or entity other than you; • be payable in currency other than U.S. dollars; • be prohibited by, or received in violation of, any law, rule or regulation; • be by someone who is listed on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List; • be known or suspected (or should have known or suspected) as fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn; • have been previously cashed or deposited; • have been previously converted to a substitute check as defined in the Expedited Funds Availability Act; • have been remotely created; • be post-dated or more than six (6) months old; • be payable to cash; • be a check drawn from your own checking account at the Credit Union; • be irregular in any way; or • be drawn on financial institutions that are located outside the U.S.

You agree that you will not capture the image of and attempt to deposit any of the following: ● Checks payable to any person or entity other than the business registered to the Account (i.e., third party checks); ● Checks payable jointly to the business and any other person(s) or business (i.e. made out to ABC Company *and* Xxxx Xxxxx); ● Checks containing alterations, illegible items, fraudulent checks, or checks you should have known or have reason to believe were fraudulent; ● Checks that have been previously deposited at another institution via physical item, image or electronic funds transfers; ● Checks from financial institutions located outside of the United States; ● Checks not payable in U.S. dollars; ● Checks that are more than six (6) months old (i.e. stale-dated); ● Checks that are post-dated (i.e. payable on a date in the future); ● Substitute Checks; ● Remotely created checks (a check created by a merchant with a buyer’s checking account number on it, but without the buyer’s original signature); ● Travelers checks and savings bonds; ● Money Orders; ● US Traveler’s Checks; ● Bearer Checks; ● Loan/LOC/HELOC Checks; ● Balance Transfer Checks; ● Non-negotiable instruments, such as promissory notes; ● Starter checks or counter checks (checks from a teller window); or ● Checks written in anything other than blue or black ink.
Prohibited Checks. You agree to photograph and deposit only “checks” as defined in the Federal Reserve’s Regulation CC, 12 C.F.R. Part 229. You also agree that you will not photograph and attempt to deposit any of the following: • Checks drawn on financial institutions located outside of the U.S; • Checks not payable in U.S. dollars; • Checks dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit or post-dated (made payable at some point in the future); • Checks payable to any person or entity other than you (e.g., payable to another party and then endorsed to you); • Checks payable to you and another party who is not joint owner on the Account; • Checks that contain evidence of alteration, or that you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn; • Checks that have been previously deposited through the Mobile Deposit Service or deposited through a similar service at another financial institution; and, • Travelers checks, savings bonds, money orders or postal money orders.

Prohibited Checks. We may decline to accept any image of a check you submit through Mobile Deposit in our sole discretion. Section 229 et al, (“Reg CC” or any rules issued to replace this law), that are collectible (i.e., properly payable) through Mobile Deposit. You agree that you will not scan and attempt to deposit any of the following:
Prohibited Checks. Client agrees that, unless Bank otherwise agrees in writing, it will not deposit any Check that: (a) is payable to any person or entity other than Client, (b) is drawn, or otherwise issued, by Client or any affiliate of Client on any account of Client or of such affiliate, (c) is in violation of any law, rule or regulation, (d) Client knows or suspects, or should know or suspect, is fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the Check is drawn, (e) has not been previously endorsed by a bank and are “Substitute Checks” (as defined in Regulation CC or other applicable federal law or regulation), without Bank’s prior written consent, (f) is drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States or Territories of the United States, (g) is a Remotely Created Check, (h) is irregular in any way (e.g. where the numerical and written amounts are different, (i) has previously been returned unpaid for any reason, (j) is postdated or is more than six (6) months old, (k) exceeds the transaction limitations as Bank may establish from time to time, or (l) is not acceptable to Bank for deposit into a deposit account as provided in the Client Deposit Agreement with Bank, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof (Checks described in clauses (a) through (l) each a “Prohibited Check” and, collectively, “Prohibited Checks”). Client should refer to the Account Agreement for other restrictions on deposits. Bank may refuse any Check for deposit, with or without cause.
