Development Phase Project. The Applicant has completed a high-level environmental analysis supporting proceeding to a full business case. The Recipient has sought a funding contribution from the Ministry for the purposes of carrying out or procuring the Development Phase Project described below. The Ministry has agreed to contribute funding on the terms and conditions of this Agreement (Agreement). Key details of this Agreement are set out in this Part 1. The full terms and conditions are set out in Part 2. Defined terms and rules of interpretation are set out in Part 3. The Recipient will prepare a business case on an Advanced Aviation Hub (AAH) at the Whanganui Airport. The Recipient will engage a consultant to deliver this Development Phase Project. The business case will deliver: • Development of an AAH business model including: - Optimal governance structure, management and development team - Training structure, student promotion and indicative programme outline - Indicative facility design concept and technical equipment requirements with estimated costs. • Financial case: - Proposed funding strategy for Stage 1 of the project. • Economic case: - Regional collaboration and analysis of the economic benefits for the region. • Market analysis: - Confirmation that the project aligns with the objectives of the PGF. • Concept for operating an AAH. • Procurement plan for technical equipment. • Building and infrastructure requirements. • Commercial Information. • The case for companion projects, for example and without limitation: - Provision of suitable student accommodation within Whanganui - Transport and pastoral care services. • Socio-economic and cultural/iwi case: - Evidence of how the project aligns with Māori-based assets, culture and wellbeing aspirations - Identification of, and engagement strategy for, key stakeholders and interested parties. • Risk analysis: - The business case will consider market demand and appropriate competitive response - Staffing - Identify any environmental considerations and potential impacts, and suggest mitigation strategies. • Project management plan and associated costs

Development Phase Project. The Development Phase Project is a Business Case and it has five Work Streams: 1. Stakeholder Engagement This will occur throughout the process and will be tailored to particular stakeholder/group needs and expectations. 2.
Development Phase Project. The Bay of Connections will undertake a review, after Comm years, of the current economic development framework in the Bay of Plenty. The context and environment have changed with the government’s economic development approach and changes in some industry conditions and opportunities. The review will help refine the Bay of Connections activities and further set the Bay of Plenty up to work together on critical priorities to advance the wellbeing of the people of the Bay of Plenty. The Bay of Connections portfolio will be structured into two layers for the review – the strategic and the delivery/tactical: Strategic  A review of the way Bay of Connections engages and what it is engaging on, allowing for future changes in how it operates, its purpose, objectives and goals – at the strategic level  What success looks like – is it clear (specific indicators) and how will Bay of Connections get there  How can Bay of Connections maintain, and in some cases regain, its sector and industry led identity Delivery  A review of the RGS Action Plan  A review of the Bay of Connections sectors. This review will determine the priority areas for the next 3-5 years, the top sector priorities, resource requirements and how best to deliver on those priorities. One of the key outcomes of the review is to ensure that the Bay of Connections and its supporting strategies and action plans are aligned with central government’s priorities and that the value proposition of the Bay of Connections and its strategies are enhanced. The review will utilise the existing Bay of Connections Governance Group (comprising representatives from Maori business, business, economic development agencies and central and local government), and existing regional groups and frameworks. The review will also engage all key sector groups and regional groups. The Project will be carried out by a small project group comprising several Bay of Connections Management Group members and the two Bay of Connections co- chairs.
Development Phase Project. The Project is to prepare a full business case and design plans to determine the strategic, economic, commercial, physical, financial and management rationale for the establishment of a small scale Food Innovation Factory in order to: • Commercial Information • streamline operations and reduce costs • build capability and capacity within the food manufacturing industry and • build a strong domestic market for Kaitahi products. The Business Case will link directly to the operations of Kaitahi and the goal to be an exporter of premium quality, functional food and beverage products. It will provide the rationale and justification for future investment into either building or fitting out a Food Innovation Factory to process, manufacture and store Kaitahi food and beverage products.
Development Phase Project. The Development Phase project is to complete the geotechnical analysis and design work and to prepare a business case that will allow an informed decision for funding to be made. This project consists of two sub-projects: • The first project is to complete geotechnical tests on runway soil samples to support final technical specifications and costing of the Airport re-development. • The second project is to gather together the considerable information and work that has been done to date to prepare a compelling business case that demonstrates the benefits of the airport infrastructure investment, articulates the need for government funding support, and provides the assurances that the project can be completed in a timely and efficient manner. 6 Development The Recipient is to complete the following Development Phase Deliverables for Due Date Development Phase Deliverable Instalment payable on completion NZD$ (excluding GST) Funding Agreement executed by both parties and the Recipient entered into a contract with a third party provider approved by the Ministry Commercial Information Draft business case submitted to the Ministry Final business case submitted to the Ministry which addresses the Objectives and any Ministry feedback Final Report submitted to the Ministry Phase Deliverables and Instalments the Development Phase Project to the satisfaction of the Ministry by the following dates: Commercial Information Commercial Information – Business Case 7 Approved Contractor 8 Funding Commerc – Soil sample testing ial Information The total Funding available under this Agreement is up to Commercial excluding GST (if any). This is the Total Maximum Amount Payable. The Funding will be paid in instalments on the payment dates set out in item 6, subject to completion of each Deliverable by the relevant due date; receipt of a Payment Request in accordance with clause 1 of Part 2 and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Development Phase Project

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

  • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.

  • Research Project 3.1 These Materials and Data will be used by Recipient's PI solely in connection with the Research Project, as named and described in the attached research application (insert Research Project name below):

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Project Area The Project Area is the incorporated area of the City of San Xxxx.
