Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.
Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions.
Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project. The total and complete undertaking for the public works facility to be constructed under this Contract.
Project. District desires to engage Contractor to render its services for (the "Project").
Project. (i) All Product provided by Seller pursuant to this Agreement shall be supplied from the Project only. Seller shall not make any alteration or modification to the Project which results in a change to the Contract Capacity or the anticipated output of the Project without Buyer’s prior written consent. The Project is further described in the Cover Sheet.
Project. Grantee agrees that it shall expend the funds granted hereunder only for the purposes of continuing the Project authorized in Paragraph 1 above and to perform the Services described in Paragraph 2 above.
