Funding Support. EU-INDIA CO-FUNDING MECHANISM FOR RESEARCH AND INNOVATION COOPERATION While Indian participants (institutions/teams1) are no longer automatically funded by the EC under H2020, the DST and the EC have agreed to set up a co-funding mechanism to support joint projects between European and Indian universities, research institutions. Under this co-funding mechanism (CFM), a maximum of rupees 1.0 Crore (₹ 1,00,00,000/-) per project will be made available by DST to successful Indian participants in joint collaborative projects with European partners under Horizon 2020. The CFM will be used for certain pre-identified Horizon 2020 calls for proposals (see list below).
Funding Support. The City agrees that in exchange for the services outlined in Paragraph 2 above, it shall provide to WAVI a total of One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,000.00) during the calendar year 2014. The parties agree that the foregoing funding support represents the amount negotiated for this Agreement only. The parties anticipate that any future funding support will be negotiated on an annual basis.
Funding Support. Engineer Responsibilities: IDEQ LOI Engineer to lead the preparation of the IDEQ Letter of Interest for project funding. Miscellaneous funding support. Engineer to develop a one page funding plan to outline potential options and due dates. Engineer to assist Owner and Owner’s funding applying for up to three other funding sources which could include Community Development Block Grant, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and USDA-RD. Attend two funding meetings and workshops with funding agencies. Provide review and comment on funding applications prepared by the Owner. Provide technical information and graphics from design drawings for funding applications. Bond/Judicial Confirmation support. Engineer to facilitate a presentation educating key Owner staff on passing a municipal bond and judicial confirmation. It is anticipated this presentation will include a bond attorney as hired by the Owner. Owner Responsibilities: • Owner will assist in preparing funding applications, coordinating with funding agencies, and securing authority for the Owner to secure debt. • Owner to review, sign, and submit IDEQ LOI and other funding applications. • Provide wastewater rate structure to Engineer and anticipated rate increase schedule. Assumptions: • This scope assumes assisting the Owner to apply for funding. • Services include participation in two funding meetings/workshops. • Engineer cannot guarantee successful funding applications. Deliverables: • Draft Letter of Interest • Final Letter of Interest GEOTECHNICAL FEASIBILITY Engineer Responsibilities:
Funding Support. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, FCO will provide Lead Agency with Operational Funding, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and as set out in Schedule C – Funding Details and Disbursement. Capital Funding will be administered by FCO, or by St. Paul’s Foundation through separate agreement between St. Paul’s Foundation and Lead Agency.
