Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive
Project Area means the geographic area described in a project area plan within which the project area development described in the project area plan takes place or is proposed to take place.
Project Area means the area identified and referred to as the Project Site in the Redevelopment Contract.

  • At the time of the Closing, there shall not have been any material adverse change in the financial condition of the Agency or any material adverse change in the valuation of taxable property in the Project Area (as described in the Official Statement) since June 30, 2010.

  • Between the date of this Purchase Contract and the date of Closing, the Agency will not, without the prior written consent of the Underwriter, and except as disclosed in the Official Statement, offer or issue any bonds, notes or other obligations for borrowed money, or incur any material liabilities, direct or contingent, secured by tax increment generated in the Project Area.

  • The Contractor shall ensure that prior to moving on to the Project Area, all equipment, is free of soil, seeds, vegetative matter, or other debris that could contain or hold seeds.

Project Area means the area encompassing the Transit Station/Stop, housing and Key Destinations.
