Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive

Project Area means the geographic area described in a project area plan within which the project area development described in the project area plan takes place or is proposed to take place.

Project Area means THE AREA WHERE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED FOR THE CITY OF SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA.

Examples of Project Area in a sentence

The Seller owns certain real property within the Project Area, and the City of Fresno commonly known as APN , Fresno, California, and more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached, (the “Property”).

Project Area means the area identified and referred to as the Project Site in the Redevelopment Contract.
