Development Phase definition

Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
Development Phase means the mutually agreed period between procuring agency and contractor / bidder during which the bidder / contractor will undertake the necessary activities and perform its obligations related to this assignment/job as per TORs.

More Definitions of Development Phase

Development Phase has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.
Development Phase means the period commencing from the Effective Date until completion of the activities described in Schedule A.
