Procurement Plan definition

Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
Procurement Plan means the Borrower’s procurement plan, dated November 10, 2004, covering the initial 18 month period (or longer) of Project implementation, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.02 to this Agreement, to cover succeeding 18 month periods (or longer) of Project implementation;
Procurement Plan means the Borrower’s procurement plan for the Project, dated March 1, 2010 and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • The Procurement Plan shall specify the circumstances under which such methods may be used.

  • The Borrower may only modify the methods of procurement or threshold values with the prior agreement of ADB, and modifications must be set out in updates to the Procurement Plan.

More Definitions of Procurement Plan

Procurement Plan means the procurement plan for the Project dated 2 September 2011 and agreed between the Borrower and ADB, as updated from time to time in accordance with the Procurement Guidelines, the Consulting Guidelines, and other arrangements agreed with ADB;
Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated July 28, 2009 and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

Procurement Plan means the Borrower’s procurement plan for the Project, dated December 11, 2006 and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
Procurement Plan means the procurement plan for the Project dated 4 August 2015 and agreed between the Recipient and ADB, as updated from time to time in accordance with the Procurement Guidelines, the Consulting Guidelines, and other arrangements agreed with ADB;
Procurement Plan means the procurement plan for the Project dated 20 February 2007 and agreed between the Borrower, the State and ADB, as updated from time to time in accordance with Procurement Guidelines, Consulting Guidelines, and other arrangements agreed with ADB;
Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated March 2, 2006, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
