Research Project. 3.1 These Materials and Data will be used by Recipient's PI solely in connection with the Research Project, as named and described in the attached research application (insert Research Project name below):
Research Project. 51.1 The findings of any research project, which would change the provisions of this Agreement will not be implemented until such changes are negotiated and agreed to by the parties.

Research Project. D. Extensions of an unpaid leave of absence may be requested by the employee and may be granted by the department head or designee.

Research Project. 2.1 The respective work of University and Company under the Research Project is described in Schedule A. Each Party intends to contribute, each in its area of expertise, to the Research Project, and shall use its reasonable efforts to perform its work under the Research Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Research Project. The Research Project which is contemplated by this Agreement is set forth in the Research Plan, attached as Exhibit A. This Research Plan sets forth the research tasks and objectives to be performed by University. University agrees to conduct the Research Project in accordance with the Research Plan, and under the supervision and direction of the Principal Investigator. The Principal Investigator may select other University employees to participate in the research (including, but not limited to University technicians, undergraduate and graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, or faculty members), provided that such individuals are made aware of and have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement (subject to Section 11.3, if applicable). Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, University and Intel may amend the Research Plan at any time by mutual written agreement.
Research Project. Residents are required to complete a research project over the course of the residency year. The purpose is to provide the resident with experience in designing, managing, analyzing, and presenting a major project with the intent of contributing to current knowledge. Each residency project will be overseen by a residency preceptor. The resident is responsible for developing and adhering to a timeline for project completion. The resident will also be responsible for project design, IRB protocol submission, preparing a platform presentation for the Eastern States Residency Conference, submitting an abstract for the Xxxxxxxxx Resident and Fellow Scholarship Days, and preparing a formal manuscript. The resident will have access to institutional resources for biostatistician analysis, poster printing, and data reports, among other resources. Travel to ASHP Midyear and Eastern States Residency Conferences is expected unless approved by the RPD due to an unforeseen emergent circumstance; in the event attendance is not possible, a plan will be developed in conjunction with the RPD and project preceptor. Research Project. 3.1 USC shall use reasonable efforts to perform the research set forth in the Project substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and USC’s Code of Ethics.
