Design Plans. The 30% design plan drawings will be revised and further developed to incorporate comments from the City’s review and the results of the 30% Design Workshop (task 2I). 60% Level Plans will be prepared to support the design and be included in the Project Contract Documents. For the purpose of developing this Scope of Services, the attached drawing list provides the drawings and sheet count anticipated for the final design plan sets. The 60% Design Drawings shall include the following:
Design Plans. Prior to installation of Site Improvements, the DNR shall approve Site Improvements design, installation location, and any site preparation plans needed. The Site Improvements are to be constructed in accordance with any final drawings and specifications approved by the DNR or other applicable entities.
Design Plans. Promptly after completing a customer ------------ installation, XXX or SRP, as applicable, shall furnish to the other a complete set of the design and installation plans used to connect the customer to the System.
Design Plans. Design plans and calculations shall be in accordance with these Guidelines and submitted per Section 3. Compliance with these Guidelines will expedite the review and approval process of submittals for the Grade Separation Project.
Design Plans. Prior to beginning construction of Site Improvements, (Name of Organization) shall submit the engineering design plans for the Site Improvements (Plans), for the review and approval of the DNR. The DNR shall notify (Name of Organization) if the Plans are found to be deficient. In that event, the Plans shall be revised as directed by the DNR and resubmitted to the DNR for review and approval. The DNR shall promptly notify (Name of Organization) in writing when the DNR has approved the Plans. The Site Improvements are to be constructed in accordance with the final drawings and specifications approved by the DNR.
Design Plans. Following Approval by the Project Committee of the Design Framework and the Project Requirements, the Development Manager shall in accordance with the Design Review, coordinate and cause to be prepared the Reviewable Design Data at each of the reviewable design and development stages set out in the Design Review. The Development Manager shall submit the applicable Reviewable Design Data for each applicable design and development stage to the Project Committee for Approval (such Reviewable Design Data, as Approved by the Project Committee for such development stage, the “Design Plans”). Once Design Plans have been Approved by the Project Committee for a reviewable design stage, any material changes thereto will require the further Approval of the Project Committee. The Parties acknowledge that following the issuance of “issued for construction” drawings and specifications, no changes to the Approved Design Plans may be made except pursuant to a Change Order in accordance with Article 6 of this Agreement. All working drawings, plans and specifications and copies thereof and all models with respect to the Project shall be and remain the property of the Contributing Parties to the extent same are not the property of the Consultant who prepared them.
Design Plans. The approved Design Plans are in design package 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xx (Xxxxxxxx Elementary School)_Fiberhood_CC HL_02-18-15.pdf dated 2/18/2015, which the parties agree have been provided by Google to Community Partner and are incorporated by reference herein.
Design Plans. Detailed surveying and base mapping will occur prior to the 30% design and will be incorporated into the 30% design plan drawings. The preliminary design plan drawings will be revised and further developed to incorporate comments from the City’s review of the preliminary design and the Preliminary Engineering Report.
Design Plans. Redeveloper, at its expense, has prepared exterior preliminary concepts (hereinafter “Design Documents”) for the Redeveloper Improvements, which are attached hereto as Exhibit “5” and are incorporated herein by this reference. The same will be submitted to and reviewed by the Historic Preservation Commission and approved by the Mayor. Redeveloper shall submit any material changes in the Design Documents to the Mayor for his review and approval. The Redeveloper acknowledges that any approvals of the Design Documents hereunder shall not be deemed approved for purposes of a building and life safety permit(s) and the Redeveloper, at its expense, shall secure the necessary building and life safety permit(s) from the applicable governing jurisdictions. The City has requested that Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Architects prepare design plans, including any amendments, for the Third Priority items of the Public Improvements on behalf of the City, at the City’s expense. The same shall be submitted to and approved by the Mayor and the Redeveloper.
