The Review a) The Review Committee shall assess whether the Faculty Member is making satisfactory progress towards satisfying the criteria for tenure. To this end, the Review Committee shall consider all documentation before it, choosing if necessary to obtain more information, such as the comments of collaborators or of colleagues who have co-taught with the Faculty Member, if these are not included in the documentation supplied. If additional information is required, the Chair shall make a request to the candidate, in writing. The candidate shall have five (5) Days to provide the additional information.
The Review. An employee who elects to seek a review of the decision to declare his/her position redundant must apply to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor within 10 working days of such advice for a Review of that decision. The employee should indicate the basis upon which a Review is sought. Upon receiving such an application, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor will immediately refer it to a Review Committee as described below.

The Project Board reviewed tenant and leaseholder participation in four ways: • Where we are now – The Board looked at how tenants and leaseholders can currently participate in the housing service. • Consultation – Independent experts reviewed our consultation procedures using tenant workshops, surveys and telephone interviews.

The Applicant agrees to pay the reasonable costs incurred by the Council of the Review in full (and inclusive of any VAT charged to the Council, where applicable) within 30 days upon written request by the Council. The Applicant agrees that if it fails to pay the Council’s costs after 28 days of the written request, the Council may charge interest on top of the costs of the Review at 4% above the Barclays Bank’s base rate. The Applicant acknowledges that this agreement forms a legally binding commitment to pay the Council’s costs in order to enable the Council to commission and obtain the Review. The Review. The Arkansas State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission shall review the Use Permit Agreement request and shall approve or disapprove such a request.
The Review. ENQA will coordinate the review of ANVUR for the purpose of determining compliance of the agency with the ESG and to support the agency in its efforts to constantly review and enhance its work. The review will be conducted in accordance with the Guidelines for ENQA Agency Reviews and the agreed Tripartite Terms of Reference between ENQA, EQAR and the agency, as presented in Annex I of this contract. The Review. 10.5.1 An academic who has been advised pursuant to subclause 10.2 that his/her position has been made redundant may apply to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor within 10 working days of such advice for a Review of that decision. The academic should indicate the basis upon which a Review is sought.
The Review. AGAE will undertake a review of XXXX in accordance with the membership regulations of ENQA, the requirements of the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and the agreed Terms of Reference shown in Annex 1 to this contract.
